The Pad is one of 3 cabins and 320 acres that makes up Singwakiki, a family property on Nichols Lake. The Pad has 2 bedrooms, a 3/4 bath, kitchenette, living room, and covered entry way. There is a charcoal grill and firepit for guests and a private dock area. The Pad is located 2 miles from Boulder Junction, 1 mile from the paved bike trail, and on 320 acres including 8 miles of hiking trails.

Singwakiki property is a family-owned property passed on for 3 generations.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Singwakiki is a very unique spot in the Northwoods. We are the only dwellings on Nichols Lake and own 3/4 of the shoreline with the rest of the shoreline owned by the state and contains a state beach area with a volleyball court and a playground in the future. In addition, you can walk on our homemade trails to Street Lake where we own several hundred feet of shoreline. Nichols Lake is a non-motor lake so if you are looking for a peaceful spot to vacation, this can't be beat. There is no public boat landing; however, we provide row boats and kayaks with each cabin. We manage our own fishery as well as we can and ask our guests to be mindful of sustainable fishing practices and catch enough to eat but not deplete our stock. Of the 3 cabins on the property, the Main Cabin is more removed from the other cabins (even though it is located between the other cabins and the main house). The Pad has a cozy in the forest feel.

The Pad comes with a row boat and 2 kayaks. In addition, guests can share the paddleboat, canoe, and raft. In sunny weather, our guests typically enjoy their time on the beach and porch. In the case of rainy or chilly weather, our guests will choose to curl up on the porch and watch the rain or build a fire and play games inside the cabin.
