Renovated condo in amazing location and the entire place is yours. Close to all Kirkland has to offer. Free designated parking. Kid friendly. Condo updated with paint, carpet, granite countertops in kitchen, brand new appliances. Dining area off the kitchen has a built in work area. Great for remote work. Covered patio for year round entertaining. Walking distance to Kirkland Waterfront marina, library, shops, restaurants, Kirkland Corridor with quick and easy access to freeways.
We are local in the area if anything is needed, but guests will have complete privacy.
Close to everything downtown Kirkland has to offer! Safe. Cycling. Scenic views. Waterfront. Beaches. Bars. Cafes. Wine tasting. Boat, paddle boards and many other aquatic rentals nearby. All 5-10 minute walk.

15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. 10 minute drive to downtown Bellevue.
Guest has access to the entire unit!
Your have access to the entire ground floor condo including the walk-out patio which faces the complex lawn area. We pride ourselves in the little touches that make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, the sheets and towels are fresh and the unit is professionally managed with 24/7 customer service!

-3 person leather sofa with 2 recliners on either side of the couch!
-Roku smart TV with access to all of your favorite streaming services in HD
-High speed internet

Outdoor Areas:
-Private walk-out patio with seating for 4 facing the complex lawn

Kitchen:
-This is not some short term rental with 2 pans. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with cookware for your favorite dishes and silverware for 10+
-10 cup coffee maker with coffee provided
-New appliances and granite countertops

Dining room:
-Built-in work area
-4 person dining table

Bathrooms:
-Note: the bathrooms are adjoining with a door to separate the half bath with the full bath which adjoins the primary bedroom (the half bath faces the primary living area)
-Shampoo body wash, conditioner and soaps for every guest

2nd Bedroom:

There are Ubers, Lyfts, and public bus transit available in the area.

Great location, not quite what we expected

Pros: Great location, good layout, comfortable beds, responsive property manager, nice touches like shampoo/conditioner, q-tips, tissues, laundry soap. Cons: The space isn't decorated the way it is portrayed in the pictures on VRBO. It is decorated a lot nicer in the pictures, and based on the pictures we expected better kitchen provisions. Our biggest frustration was that the A/C was a single window unit that blocked access to half of one of the beds, there was no way of locking the window with the A/C in, and it only cooled the one room. There are also some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Hopefully the property manager will address these issues to make this a great place to stay!

Minutes to Kirkland Village by car and it's walkable if you don't mind a slight hill on the walk back. Every kind of food you can imagine. Really like the Rock Creek Grill, The Alanya Cafe Doner place on the same corner, Hanuman Thai on Central, and Port of Peri Peri.Close by is the Totem Lake shopping area with even more food choices. The burger place in the middle is excellent.The Bridle Trails park is close by. The forest is so thick in places that sunlight barely penetrates. Woodinville is wine tasting heaven but also stop by the Woodinville Whiskey Distillery and take the tour. Plenty of micro-breweries to try as well.Von's 1000 Spirits restaurant is close to the distillery. Excellent food and drinks on a nice outdoor patio in good weather. They are set to open another 1000 Spirits in Kirkland soon, plus there is one really close to Seatac airport on International.The condo was quiet and the sitting area outside was really nice to have. Lots of squirrels and bunnies to watch while sipping wine.I didn't realize there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms so if you have family or friends they can stay there too. Parking was right in front of the unit. There are some steps to navigate down to the front door.
