Che un posto incantevole serena! Stile retrò con 21 ° secolo praticità / tecnologia- comodi, puliti, organizzati - sono tutti gli elementi che riempiono questo condominio spazioso (1532sf) al piano terra. Situato nella metà città di Tucson, di fronte Randolph Golf Course e Reid Park, questo condominio è vicino a tutto ciò! La pavimentazione in ingresso, cucina e bagni viene affinato in travertino. Opere d'arte originali adornano le pareti!

Pillow-top letto queen-size nella camera da letto principale è oh così comodo! E, camera da letto matrimoniale è grande con il proprio bagno on-suite, armadi TRIPLE e vasca. Una porta scorrevole sei piedi si apre al patio esposto a sud - un sacco di sole nei mesi invernali!

Due letti singoli in camera da letto 2 dispongono di comodi 'toppers.' 2 ^ camera ha il proprio on-suite, bagno di recente ristrutturato con cabina doccia. C'è un sacco di spazio cassettone / armadio per i vestiti.

Il soggiorno ha mobili in stile retrò che sono pratici, confortevoli e funzionali: il divano è vecchio stile, imbottito, ma FIRM. Metti i piedi sul grande tavolino e guarda i tuoi programmi preferiti sulla TV a schermo piatto con cavo - WiFi incluso.

Amerai la sala da pranzo con illuminazione alogena e moderno tavolo in vetro che può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. A 60 di buffet 'moderno' mette in scena!

Godetevi la vista del patio ombreggiato da due grandi porte scorrevoli nella zona giorno - patio è dotato di barbecue a gas e tavolo, sedie, ombrellone. Immagina di raccogliere i tuoi frutti - Il pompelmo, il cumquat e gli aranci hanno frutta fresca nei mesi invernali / primaverili!

La cucina è enorme! Un sacco di spazio contatore (i contatori arancioni originali, ovviamente!) sono in condizioni favolose. Frigo recente, lavastoviglie, piano cottura in vetroceramica cuoco-top, forno a microonde e built-in sono forniti. Piatti per 8, argenteria, pentole, bicchieri, tovaglioli, anche crockpot, frullatore, spremiagrumi, e l'ultimo 60 dell'elemento - la fonduta! Come dice Austin, 'Oh, si comportano !!!'

Unità ha condiviso, garage chiuso proprio fuori porta patio. Complesso è maturo - costruita nei primi anni '70, su un blocco (senza vicini di udito attraverso le pareti, al piano di sopra) ben curato con un recentemente ristrutturato piscina e spa (primavera 2010). Lavatrice / asciugatrice in unità fa fare il bucato un gioco da ragazzi! Il complesso è situato dietro il Doubletree Resort. A 'a senso unico-in, one-way-out' strada evita il rumore del traffico.

Close to "Good Stuff" in Tucson

The property is well maintained and close to many places to visit in Tucson--a park across the street open to the public that offers a public golf course, the Tucson zoo, and the University of Arizona baseball stadium. The owner is responsive and provides timely help if any problems arise.

Spacious Mid Century Pad - A Delight to Visit!

A wonderful experience!. This adorable condo is close to everything. Wonderful patio to have your morning java. Pool and jacuzzi available as well. But after staying in hotels on our road trip we didn't want to leave. Large flat screen TV, comfy sofa, amazing vintage kitchen, showers with soft towels. And the beds were heavenly. And don't get me started on the mid century modern decor. A designer's delight! A+ all the way. Great price, great place. You will not be disappointed.

Love this condo!

The vibe of the 60's is alive in this condo and its furnishings. It is clean and nicely decorated with bright, spacious living areas. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. June is pleasant and easy to work with and tries her best to make sure the renter has whatever is needed. The residents we met in the complex were all very pleasant and welcoming. Reid Park, Tucson's largest city park, is an easy walk from this condo and seems to have it all ...... tennis courts, walking path, zoo, golf courses, swimming pool, picnic areas, rose garden and ducks in the pond. The condo's patio area offers privacy and fruit trees (grapefruit and orange), as well as a comfortable place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine or a beer. We love spending March in Tucson and in this condo when it is available.

Great location, lots of room to spread out and very responsive owner. My husband, son & I spent a great week here over Christmas. Wish I had option to give it 4.75 stars. Only detraction from 5 stars is a very soft bed in master bedroom. Probably wouldn't be an issue for a single person or most couples but we are accustomed to a firmer bed. My husband is 6'8" so a soft bed is not comfortable for the 2 of us. I slept in 2nd bedroom which has twin beds. Other issue we had was with the dated cooking pans. We did a lot of cooking due to the holiday week and would've liked a little better cookware. Despite these minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stay & would book again. Citrus trees in courtyard are amazing!

Excellent Home Base

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as it is portrayed. Fun decor and very comfortable! We like to cook and had everything we needed, really enjoyed having the grill too. I do admit the bed in the main bedroom was too soft for me, I like a firmer bed. I was very comfortable in one of the twin beds in the other bedroom. The location was perfect for us. My husband loves to golf so enjoyed being able to walk to the golf course across the street. The condo's location has easy access to wherever you may want to go and is nearby to your shopping needs. The zoo on the far side of the golf center is a sweet municipal zoon. June is an excellent host. Because of COVID I had concerns and questions leading up to our stay. June always responded quickly and with understanding. The instructions for entry were spot on and accessing the condo was easy. During our stay June remained in contact and was very responsive with every question I had. We would stay here again without question!

very comfortable, roomy, good location

My wife and I enjoyed a week in this condo in November 2018. It was just what we wanted to relax in the great Tucson weather. Owner has furnished the large rooms comfortably and interestingly. I wish I had known there was a piano, I would have brought my music books. But I enjoyed playing what I could from memory. We would be glad to stay here if we visit Tucson again.

Fantastic and cute!

The condo was in a perfect location for all of the activities we wanted to do while visiting Tucson, and June was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the condo complex is very quiet and well maintained.

Charming retro atmosphere

The artwork and furniture were so fun to look at. It was like a museum! It was VERY clean as well. June was so kind and very easy to get in touch with if needed. The location is close to everything.

Superb Rental Condo!

This rental condo was the perfect solution for the time between selling our home and finding a new one. It had everything we needed, and more! Location is great for places to eat, the park, and Tucson sites. We especially liked how spacious it is both inside and in the patio area. We highly recommend it!

A fantastic February in Tucson

My husband and I spent a month at this condo in the Eden Roc complex. It was very centrally located in Tucson, which made it easy to explore the city as well as the surrounding area. We felt at home right away in the spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable two bedroom, two bath unit. We really enjoyed the sunny, south-facing large private patio right off the living room where we spent time relaxing and dining al fresco. The rental comes with a gas grill which made barbeques a snap. The full size kitchen had all that we needed to prepare great meals. We enjoyed the spa, which is located in the pool area. The rental even came with a garage. Reid Park is right in the neighborhood and it was ideal for walking and bicycling. There is a public pool there too, for only $2 entry but we were too busy to get to it. Next time! Restaurants, a movie theater and a grocery store are nearby. Our friendly hostess June was available to orient us to the unit and give suggestions of places to go in the Tucson area. I would highly recommend this condo rental to friends and family.

Terrific!

The experience of staying inthis condo was wonderful. I agree with the other reviews written. The condo is spacious, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. I also like being on he ground floor--no steps to climb. The location is so convenient to everything. I just loved staying here.

As Good As It Gets!

This condo has everything we could need. Our month here was so pleasureable and relaxing. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-supplied. The owners are instantaneously responsive to requests! As seniors, we were pleased that the garage space is so very close to the unit, making it easy to load and unload the car. The location cannot be better -- close to shopping, library, entertainment, restaurants. The patio is south-facing so that the warm Tucson sun makes it comfortable even on cooler days. How nice it is to go outside and pick a grapefruit for breakfast! All in all, this is one of the very nicest places we've ever stayed in.

Reluctantly Reviewing!

My Mother came to Tucson for the month of November to meet a new great-grandbaby, for Thanksgiving, and a wedding. She stayed in this very delightful, comfortable condo. We had multiple gatherings of 8-12 family members for meals, and with the addition of 2 chairs, our own china and silver, and a couple of serving spoons, we had fine multi-generational times. The landlord even provided a full-length mirror upon request (can't get dressed for a wedding without one) and stayed in touch to see if there were any other needs or desires. Everything was clean and well-organized; with plenty of closet and cupboard/pantry space, it felt like "home" within 2 days. The piano, WiFi and big-screen TV were fun to have; the patio with citrus trees, roses and bougainvillea very pretty, relaxing, and secure; the south-facing exposure for the master bedroom, living and dining rooms combined with vertical blinds gave us much or as little natural sunlight as desired; and with the garage right outside the patio gate - if it's ever for sale, I GET FIRST DIBS (please). It is also a wonderful place if you have a dog. Aside from the patio, the condo has a lovely neighborhood to the north that is great for dog-walking - as is Tucson's major park, which is just half a block to the west. My reluctance in providing this review rests in the hope that nobody reading this snatches it away from us for my Mom's visit next year - and we're hoping she stays longer.

Eden Roc shares a road with the Doubletree Hotel - it is within walking distance of Reid Park/Randolph Golf Course, and zoo. It is close to many restaurants and El Con Mall. The complex has a newly remodeled pool and spa with large covered patio. The condo has a large patio, fruit trees and has close access to the enclosed, shared garage.
