Cozy Studio in Fresno – Convenient & Comfy Stay

Welcome to our private and recently remodeled studio unit located in a quiet neighborhood! This is a studio unit attached to the main house. You will have your own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. It has everything you need for your stay. Just minutes away from shopping centers, Fresno State, and the FAT Airport! The unit comes with a queen bed, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a dining table for 2, AC/Heater, internet, and driveway parking for your convenience! The laundry and back yard are shared with the main house.
-We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. This does not cover any damage that may be incurred or cleaning up excessive pet hair or waste.
-IMPORTANT: Dog poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the street as there will be a FINE of $200.

We cannot accept animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regard to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
-$25 fee for Excessive pet hair cleaning up.


-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest that doesn't have reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

- Please do not receive mail here••We recommend getting a PO Box. This is a back unit and mail does not come to this unit

-No Smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property is subjected to $750 FINE which will be used to deodorize the home before the next guest arrives.

-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout

-Any noise/disturbance that causes neighbor disruption will incur a $1000 fee, because that can lead to us being forced off Airbnb by the housing community association.

REMINDER:
Effective Sep 18, 2022- For any URGENT REPAIRS needed on the property. We always notify our guest immediately, and let our handyman/service company get inside the property even if the guest is not there. Please note this is only for situations that needed an URGENT action to make sure guest's needs are addressed and resolved immediately. Thank you
