Great vacation spot

Location was excellent, very close to restaurants, groceries, and open water. House had more than enough space, kitchen supplies and entertainment. Pool, hot tub, tiki area, grill, parking was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an enjoyable stay at Paradise Cove. The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was convenient to shopping and dining out. The tiki hut was great for relaxing, the pool heater worked nicely and we enjoyed the dock. We would love to return soon!

Paradise Cove is exactly as advertised on the website, it was clean and completely ready for us upon arrival, the staff of Keys Cation were wonderful to work with, very responsive.It's probably the best property management I have had on VRBO, I've been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, I highly recommend this company. We had a family vacation with our adult children and two grandchildren(young adullts) and it was spacious and everyone had a great time in the pool, at Sombrero Beach, going on the boat. We rented a boat and was quick boat ride out to the ocean, for fishing, snorkeling, sandbar, everyone had a great time. We would absolutely contact Keys Cation when we return to Marathon.

Marathon spring break

We had a wonderful trip at this property. The master bed and bath were very nice and spacious. Great views and easy access for a boat day. Loved all the amenities provided for our 2 year old grandaughter. That was really above and beyond. Great location. Close to everything. Pool and outside area were nice. Plenty of parking also!

Very good house and great stay. Everything worked ok. Also small things were adjusted for our needs. Jorge did it possible.Things to improve: lights around the pool.The only problem we had was the bad smell coming from the canal, that made sometimes impossible to be outside.

Marathon vacation

We were 2 families with 5 kids (aged 7-13) who stayed at this wonderful home for a week. The home had plenty of space for all of us and was in a great location close to Publix and restaurants. The outdoor space was better than the pictures. Pool was great for the kids (and definitely worth the money to heat it - they jumped right in even at night). We rented a pontoon, and it was easy to get out to the ocean. It was a 10 minute walk or short drive to Sombrero beach. Only recommendations would be a few more beach towels and some additional plastic cups suitable for the pool area. Also, mattresses upstairs are pretty soft and probably need to be replaced. We would be more than happy to stay at this home again in the future! Thanks!

Beautiful home! We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful spacious home. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool and tiki was a highlight for the family. The balcony’s at night were the best place for watching storms roll in and stargazing.
