Walk or bike to Amphitheater (≈1 mi), Beach, Food Trucks (under 1 mi). Bike or short drive to Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, restaurants, coffee & more! Historic St. Augustine is ≈3 mi away; bike, drive, or Uber.

Ride bikes to many attractions, including St. Augustine Beach Pier and nearby restaurants an bars. Bikes provided at no additional charge with guest submitting liability waiver in advance. Listen to the soft sounds of the ocean & Amphitheater from screened in lanai or patio. Patio with Adirondack chairs and grill. Quiet family neighborhood. You will have the entire house and property to yourselves.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Quiet, canopy tree-lined, family oriented, neighborhood privately tucked away off of A1A. A true hidden gem! When first arriving at the neighborhood, visitors have said it has taken their breath away from the magical imagery of the large, historic oak trees, and peaceful setting. Anastasia State Park is right behind the house! Through the trees, you may see hikers walking the path that runs behind the house to the kayak launch and beach. Amazing location!
Neighborhood is close to the Amp. At night, listen to concerts and the ocean from the private, serene screened in lanai or on the patio at the gas firepit, also with a grill.
BEACH GEAR & BICYCLES
The home comes with plenty of beach towels and backpack beach chairs available for your use during your stay, as well as some bicycles which are all use at your own risk. Guests must submit a Liability Release prior to using bicycles. Ask Owner for info. Owner does not warrant condition or safety of the bikes. Bike locks are to be used and helmets recommended, although helmets are not provided.

GETTING AROUND
Each day you will see bicyclists, walkers, joggers, and so on. It is a quiet yet active community and many ride their bikes all over the Island, to the beach, the Amp, restaurants, many other attractions, and even to downtown, from this centrally located home. Walk, bike, drive, or Uber! Centrally located so you can experience all St. Augustine has to offer!
Access to the closest beach, which is inside Anastasia State Park, is easiest by biking to the nearby entrance gate, or driving by car. Ask Owner for more information. You may also bike to the beach at the Pier.
There is ample parking at the home as well. Park in the driveway or in front of the home.
GENERAL RULES
1. GUEST IDENTIFICATION VALIDATION. All guests are required to submit to Owner valid government issued ID(s) for all adults 18+ who will be staying at the property (for US, driver's license, for others Passport). Valid ID is required to be received by Owner within 48 hours of booking or booking may be canceled by Owner.
2. NO SMOKING. Strict NO SMOKING policy anywhere on the property. No smoking anywhere including inside home, on the lanai, in the garage, or anywhere outside on the grounds; owner has a serious allergy and asthma. If smoke smell is detected, a non-refundable $1,000 FEE is assessed and is non-negotiable. This is to help cover costs of remediation. This is a serious requirement so if you are a smoker, this is not the appropriate home for you to rent.
3. FIREPLACE IS DECORATIVE ONLY. The fireplace is NOT functional and is for decoration only.
4. REPORT BROKEN, MISSING, STAINED ITEMS. Report broken, missing, or stained items to Owners immediately.
5. QUIET HOURS. Enjoy quiet neighborhood by respecting the local quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am.
6. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. There is a NO parties and NO events policy. The home sleeps a maximum of 6 persons and is intended for the use of those max 6 Guests. This is a QUIET neighborhood and the home is equipped for only super chill vibes.
7. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS. No person(s) or parties may book the home on behalf of another party. Therefore, the person(s) booking the stay are the same person(s) staying at the home.
8. PARKING. NO parking in the garage. NO parking on the lawn. NO parking in front of the neighbor's home. Please only park in driveway and/or in front of home.
9. LOCK DOORS WHEN LEAVING. Please lock ALL exterior doors and confirm doors are locked prior to leaving the house.
10. BICYCLES. Use of the onsite bicycles is entirely at your own risk with guests holding the owner harmless for any and all injury due to use of bicycles. Owner does not warrant the condition nor the safety of the bicycles. Guests must do their own due diligence. If you do use the bicycles, please use the locks provided. Owners will provide you with the lock codes. Prior to using bicycles, all Guests agree by reserving and renting this property to review and submit to Owner/Manager the Bicycle Release of Liability Agreement via the the messaging feature. Ask Owner/Manager for details.
11. PETS, PET DISCLAIMER, & PET FEE. Pets permitted only with prior written permission by Owner. There may be limitations on breed due to insurance restrictions and/or allergies. If you wish to bring your pet, please message the Owner and let them know the following: breed, weight, shedding status, whether dog is fully house trained. Owner and child has some allergies and asthma so shedding and breed restrictions for that purpose may also apply. There is no fence but there are front, rear, and side yards. All dogs must be kept on a leash the entire time outside and may not be left unattended on the lanai as there are too many wild creatures and the dog or outside creature may not be deterred by the screens only. Use caution when walking your dog outside due to the forest being behind the home. It's BEAUTIFUL but we do share the property with natural, wild inhabitants. A non-refundable pet fee will be applied and is due prior to arrival or the reservation may be cancelled by Owner. A Pet Disclaimer must be submitted to Owner via the messaging feature prior to arrival or your reservation may be canceled. The Owner will send you the disclaimer through messaging once you are approved to bring your pet.
