This is a neat, clean and lovely little place that perfectly suited our needs. It had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Jose was a gracious host, answering all of my questions promptly - even the one about the mattresses which were incredibly comfortable!

Just Right

We visited the area to see our son in The Nutmeg Ballet’s Nutcracker production at Warner Theater. This was exactly what we needed—a perfect location. The host made checking in and out simple. It was assuring to know he was nearby if there was anything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Jose!

Weekend Visit

We had a great stay for two nights. Relaxing. The property was newly refurbished and so very nice. The kitchen and bathroom are great. The bed was comfy. Everything was just right for us, and our host happened to stop by as we checked in and was available for any problems. There weren't any! We came to visit our grandson at Forman and this was perfect. Thank you to our hosts!

Well appointed and comfortable

Our rental process with Jose was straightforward and easy. We didn't have any issues at all with access or the property for our one-night stay, so I didn't need to contact Jose for anything at all :)The home was comfortable and nicely renovated, but rather small inside as I believe it was a trailer home. It was enough space for three of us to stay overnight but not much more. It sits rather close to a road but was still quiet for the night we were there.

Ok stay

The house was cozy. Check in was easy. The washer dryer was helpful and there were plenty of towels and blankets. All 3 mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and the couches could use an upgrade. There was only one frying pan in the kitchen, which made cooking a little tricky. The windows may not have been opened for a while as it was quite dusty when I opened them to let in some fresh air.
