This place was great. We had 9 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. It at a mile from the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay here and will stay here when we come back.

Stayed for Ladies weekend and it is a great house. Plenty of bedrooms. Outdoor space was thoroughly enjoyed from swinging on the front porch swing to gathering around the fire table on the back deck. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the large table was perfect!! Close to town. Friendly host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this house.

This was a great house to stay at. We had 12 people so there were plenty of beds and bathrooms available. The host was so easy to get a hold of. They had plenty of towels, extra blankets, dishes, pans, kitchen appliances and seating. They even had coffee, condiments, and both a brewer and Keurig machine available. That was a nice feature. Beds were very comfortable too.

Plenty of bathrooms and beds. 3 downstairs bathrooms for family members having difficulty with stairs. All sorts of rooms and personality that goes with a house built in the 1890s. Lots of room inside and out. We already have reservations for next summer!

The house was clean, had a ton of space, and was charmingly quirky in its layout. It's in a great location, has plenty of parking space, and has a lovely front porch to sit out on. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for us. It’s close enough to town to enjoy all that frankenmuth has to offer. The playground just down the road was great to take the kids to and allowed us to daily come back for the kids to get a nap in before exploring town that evening.

We stayed at the property for a Ladies Church Retreat and it was a fantastic stay. The property was large enough that we all had room to spread out. We were especially pleased at all the little touches, such as plenty of towels, room fans, and blankets that made our stay so comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent.

Farm house

This was perfect for our large family we were able to spread out in the 7 rooms. The host Mike was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Great location out of town but not too far. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again when back in the area. No problem contacting our host.

Charming Home

We had a wonderful stay. The house was updated but also had the charm of an old house. The host was wonderful and was available for anything we needed. We had plenty of room to spread out or be all together.

Family time

With new babies in the family we didn’t want to travel too far. This place worked out great. The space is perfect for our group. it’s clean and has everything that you may have had to bring with you to other places. The check-in process is great!

This is a great house if you have a lot of people. Beds were comfortable, kitchen accommodations were great - lots of plates silverware glases etc. Great gas stove!! (better than my house!) Only thing that would have been a nice to have was foil or ziploc bags. The house is a bit of a maze - but after a day we figured out what hallway lead where! Mike was great, met us when we got there to go over a few things in the house. Best part was the he coded the door lock to the last 4 of my cell - great way to remember!! One oddity was the bedroom upstairs with the bathroom - the toilet was just there right in the bedroom with now wall or anything - but to each his own - served the purpose. The wheelchair ramp was also great as my dad is 94 and uses a walker. Highly recommend the house!

50th Anniversary celebration

Beds and bedrooms all comfortable and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Great location just out of town, close enough to quickly go anywhere in Frankenmuth, but away from the traffic and crowds. Great space for parking and to enjoy family time indoors and out. Property manager Mike was very responsive and helpful.

Family trip

We took a family trip for our 6 year olds birthday. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The location is perfect, its quiet but just minutes from all the action. The only way it could have been better was if it had a hot tub! Lol will definitely rent again!
