Mt. Washington Valley Get Away - near Hiking, Storyland & North Conway

Quiet, 3 bedroom + cozy loft, 2 bath townhouse, sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Also (not pictured) is a mudroom to hang and store your skis, boots, etc. before you enter the house. We are minutes to Attitash (Bear Peak) mountain! Just 10 minutes to Storyland, ~15 minutes to North Conway/Cranmore mountain, ~25 min to Wildcat mountain. Cozy up in front of the wood stove, play board games in a large living room as the snow starts pile up outside...OR...after a day of skiing or hiking rest your bones in the jetted tub! Ours is an excellent location for leaf peeping in the fall or summer fun on the Saco River.

Close to all the Mount Washington Valley has to offer including hiking, climbing, rafting, skiing, snowshoeing, Conway Scenic Railway, Storyland/Living Shores aquarium, Mt. Washington, Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, Saco River, horseback riding, shopping (Settler's Green outlets), etc. Children welcome. Sorry, no pets or smoking.

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Bartlett e vanta una posizione strategica nei pressi di parchi a tema. Attitash Mountain Resort e Cranmore Mountain Resort sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Altre due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Story Land e Conway Scenic Railway. Nice and convenient

The property is nice, comfortable and had a reasonable price. It has all the home items needed for a perfect vacation. It is at a convenient location. We visited Mt. Washington and Flume Gorge.

Great stay at a centrally located location. The home was comfortable, clean and had everything one could need. Albert and Jeanne made the check in process very easy and were very easy to reach if anything was needed. We went to Santa’s Village one day and walked around North Conway the next. Overall great place.

Great Fall Vacation

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeanne and Albert's condo. It was centrally located to the hikes we had planned over the few days we stayed. The beds were very comfortable, the house was spacious for 5 adults and super clean. Check in was easy and the hosts texted/emailed to be sure we had a lovely stay. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a great stay with family. Great location for skiing. The house was very clean and the hosts were very friendly and checked in with us. The house had everything we needed for cooking dinner and our stay.

Mt Washington Getaway

This property was very clean and completely outfitted for a carefree stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. There were only two of us, but the home was large enough for many more people. I would highly recommend it

Great Ski Country Condo

We stayed in this condo with 3 adults and 3 young teens as our home base for skiing three local mountains. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Only 5 minutes to Attitash, 25 minutes to Wildcat, and 45 minutes to Cannon. A number of good restaurants are nearby as well - we enjoyed dinners at Cabin Fever, El Reparo, and White Mountain Cider Co. Great stay!

Clean and cozy

We had a short stay, but it was clean, cozy, and plenty of space. Easy communication and check in. Only piece that didn’t work for us was the steep stairwell with the young kids we have. Also, AC is only in the master bedroom upstairs, nothing downstairs.

Clean, comfortable stay with lots of space

We enjoyed our stay in Bartlett and were impressed with the host’s communication and small touches. For example, I am sensitive to fragrances and they accommodated my request to ensure that the linens and sheets were washed in fragrant-free detergent. Upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with some local beer, cider, and a few condiments and butter. The water from the tap was seriously delicious - mountain water, for sure! Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, as well as dish soap, paper towels, etc. I love the beams in the house. There were two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs, including one set up for kids, and one large primary bed/bath upstairs. The townhome/condo was close to Attitash and convenient to many Mt Washington area attractions. Try Joe’s Spaghetti nearby for awesome Italian takeout!

Hiking adventure week

This property was perfect for our annual hiking adventure week. My husband, adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this retreat. We found the property to be spotless, comfortable and spacious. Loved the sky lights letting in the natural light. The kitchen was especially delightful as a gathering area as was the living room. The hosts were especially attentive and even provided the weather we had asked for! Can it get any better than that? Although we did have a couple of 'wishes' (see below), none of them detracted at all from our enjoyment of the property and our getaway week. We would absolutely stay there again should the opportunity arise. Likes: the prompt replies to any of my questions (didn't have any concerns...just questions) by our hosts--thanks. Clean, spacious, perfect location, plenty of room. Wishes: larger shower, wish it would have been cold enough to enjoy the fireplace; wish we could have stayed longer.

Mount Washington Valley get away.

We loved our stay at the Mount Washington Valley getaway. The house was very clean and spacious. Close to Diana’s Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Story Land, Echo Lake, Sacco River Tubbing, North Conway, you name it. So much fun. The only reason I took off a star is because the weather was in the 90’s and there was no AC in the house and it was very hard to sleep and to spend time in the house during the day because it was so hot. Some of the thermostats were reading in the 90’s even in the house. They did provide box fans but they barely did anything. We were out most of the day so it wasn’t a huge issue but when we came back from doing things outside it was not very comfortable. I think renting in the winter would be better because they had a cozy fireplace and many heaters throughout the house. Even though it was hot we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the lovely stay. Excellent Location

We found Albert and Jeanne's property to be in an excellent location and very, very clean. There is plenty of room and sleeping arrangements vary from King to Double to twin bunks. Something for every taste and the futon sofa is very comfy too. I like the separation of the kitchen area from the living area. Kids can be doing one thing and parents another. You're close, but not too close. Same can be said for the neighborhood. You only share a wall with one other unit. There is plenty of parking. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It's very wooded and an owl even greeted us on arrival. Attitash Bear Peak parking is very close, so you can spend more time skiing and less time driving/parking. Wifi is very strong. I measured over 300 MB download and was able to conduct Zoom sessions with audio and video with no issues. There are small desks in two of the bedrooms that allow some privacy for working away from the group. I am a clean freak. One thing the pictures don't show is the entry way. It is separated from the rest of the house with door. A large bench makes it easy to take off and put on shoes and keep the house floor very clean. We drove into North Conway a couple of nights. There are plenty of BBQ places, but also some Indian and Thai places that keep it interesting. We enjoyed both!

There's not much else to say! Jeanne and Albert were personable, responsible, and communicative hosts. Their property is wonderful and kept us very comfortable. Everything was as smooth as could be. Highly recommended!

Would definitely stay again

This place was really worth it nice and peaceful and a wonderful looking home The whirlpool tub upstairs was awesome Slight problem with checking in when we first arrived but host took care of problem within a few minutes and we were inside they were very apologetic for the confusion with checking in
