Il grande angolo completamente recintato accoglie gli animali domestici e offre 2 zone pranzo all'aperto e un bel prato. Atmosfera edificante e confortevole con soffitti alti, ventilatori a soffitto nella maggior parte delle camere, aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzati. Altre caratteristiche e comodità includono un lavandino in ghisa e una vasca per i piedi con artiglio con doccia, cucina modernizzata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale Bosch, frigorifero full size con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, wifi e satellite ad alta definizione, scrivania con stampante e 2 ristoranti interni le zone. Cammina per quasi tutte le attrazioni di Marfa. A soli 3 isolati dal tribunale. Esterno riverniciato nel 2018, ora verde anziché blu.

This was a cute vintage house. We had older individuals with us. The uneven floors and transitions were a little hard to maneuver. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of linens.

This property had everything we needed for our 5 night stay and was in walking distance from almost everything we did in Marfa.

Favorite in Marfa

The house is well laid-out with plenty of room for everyone to move around. It was lovely to relax in the yard at the end of a long day of hiking.

Great stay, plenty of room to rest visit and take in the quiet. Greatly location to visit Big Bend, Mc Donald Observatory, the lights etc, definitely stay again

Lovely and convenient

This is a fantastic place to stay. It has a huge kitchen and lots of space. The yard is wonderful and large. It's close to downtown. Everything is in excellent order. I could not be happier with my stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Cute House

House was clean and an easy walk to restaurants/shops. Marfa is quiet and this home with its relaxing backyard was so relaxing.

A perfect accommodation for visiting Marfa!

Our family has stayed many times at the Austinite Marfa. It is a wonderful location near the center of town and always clean and comfortable. Having the amenities of home while staying in vacation setting makes the holiday even more enjoyable. We recommend this home for anyone planning to experience the beautiful West Texas experience of Marfa.

The Austinite is fantastic

First, the decor is charming. Add comfortable beds, a lovely backyard, and a convenient location and this place made for a relaxing and fun weekend. I would return in a heartbeat.

The Perfect Marfa Cottage

We just did a weekend trip to Marfa with two couples and this was the perfect place to stay. It is walking distance from cute coffee shops, restaurants, and the main little downtown area, which was very convenient! It was so nice having a cozy cottage to come back to and relax after exploring Marfa and Big Bend. We had plenty of space and loved the outdoor living areas as well. Looking forward to coming back!

Good. One bathroom has been updated, but the other bathroom is circa 1940 or so. Other than that, no complaints.

Wonderful cottage in Marfa!

We absolutely loved this house! Lots and lots of room and everything you need to make your stay perfect. Lauren was responsive and helpful, the house had lots of information about the town and was big - easily sleeps 10! We spent lots of time relaxing on the patio and enjoying the quiet with only the fountain making a sound. Easy to walk to almost all the Marfa businesses. Can't wait to stay here again!

Sizable house in quiet neighborhood

House is a bit dated (too many old doors), bedroom doors don’t lock/ glass windows on interior doors, small washer/dryer, but overall a nice place and great location. Enjoyed it.

Exactly as advertised

This place is just a 2-minute walk from the county courthouse. It's well-maintained, roomy, and in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly, and Marfa is incredibly relaxing. Lauren stopped by briefly for a quick maintenance trip, and she shared her family's history with the property. You can tell it has been maintained with care.

We began ranching in Presidio County in 2003 and found ourselves spending more time in the region after changing professions and wanted house in Marfa to help break up our long drive from Central Texas. We walked in this house and were immediately drawn to the positive energy of the home and landscaping. The Austinite has become a wonderful place for us to bring friends and family who want to see both sides of our lives in West Texas- the rugged ranch terrain and the charm of Marfa. As we split our time, we wanted to be able to share this wonderful adobe home with others who love Far West Texas as much as we do.

Location! You can walk to almost every Marfa attraction. The historic turn-of-the-century adobe house has been nicely updated blending original period details with modern amenities. The large landscaped and fully fenced corner lot offers space for pets and people to relax and lounge outdoors. The interior is light and calm and comfortably furnished. If you enjoy entertaining, this property also offers great outdoor options.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We are repeatedly told by guests that the house has great energy- calm and uplifting. 2 bathrooms! The pond with fountain and goldfish in back yard is soothing and the yard is a great place to drag chairs into and relax. The washer and dryer, central air and heat, and quality kitchen accouterments are nice creature comforts not commonly found in Marfa.
