It was very close to the beach! Didn't have to walk far at all! Was very well stocked with the necessities to cook and good started on other starters and other beach items! Was overall a really good visit! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Clean Location

My family and I had a great time staying for a short weekend get-a-way. The location is just a short walk to the beach and was super clean. We look forward to staying again soon!

This place was incredible! Very clean, nice and plenty of room for our family of five. All of the rooms, beds, kitchen etc were in excellent condition. Highly recommend this place! We loved the canal out back and it was a really quick walk to the beach just across the street. The community is wonderful! It is clean, well kept and allAmenities are in great shape. The pools are nice and there are pickle ball courts, shuffleboard area, a small playground and cornhole. Fun for everyone! We loved the gated access and clean bathrooms by the beach. And of course the beach itself is stunning! Everything you could want in a vacation! Niki is an amazing host! All of her communications were helpful and kind and made the check in and out process seamless. We will absolutely be booking this place again in the future!

Quiet and relaxing

We loved that the property was so close to the beach. The owners we met are friendly and the condo was very clean. The pool was not heated. In order to play mini golf or shuffle board you have to bring your own equipment.

Absolute Waves of Happiness

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waves of Happiness. The townhouse and furniture are a little dated, but we found everything comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed the backyard patio and the canal with lots of turtles and birds.The location within the property was ideal. Close to a pool and Pickle Ball Courts and a five minute walk to the beach! We found everyone very friendly at Gulf Highlands including the staff. The amenities were well maintained and the common areas were always clean.We used many of the 11 pools and enjoyed a few games of mini golf and Pickle Ball. The property is ideally located within walking distance to great restaurants, bars and Walmart.The beach is absolutely amazing too!Nikki is an amazing person to deal with and very quick to respond if you need her.We definitely recommend Waves of Happiness and the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort!

Terrible

This rental was a huge disappointment and absolutely not as advertised. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The floors were dirty, and there was sand in the beds, which made it feel like the place hadn't been cleaned after the last guests.Even worse, part of the ceiling nearly collapsed in the washroom during our stay — a serious safety hazard that made us extremely uncomfortable. This kind of issue should never happen in a rental, and it's clear the property is not being properly cared for.We did receive 275.00 credit which was appreciated but for what we paid & went through it should have been a lot more!!

Teresa, I want to once again apologize to you for how you felt in our property. Cleanliness and maintenance absolutely are a priority to us as indicated by our other reviews. Yes, there was a leak in the bathroom above the laundry room that we obviously were not aware was there. When you text me about it I 100% addressed it right then, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours! I did provide you a credit as offered and you continued to threaten me even after you departed and lied about breaking the doorftame around the back door. I understand that some things were not completely satisfactory to you during your stay and not only did I provide you a credit and address maintenance immediately, I also offered cleaning and other services that you denied.

I loved how close we were to the beach! This place is absolutely within walking distance to the beautiful waters of Panama City Beach. The community had so many different things to do. We personally took advantage of the pool closest to our rental and the one at the beach. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do from going out to eat and shopping. The only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer.

We enjoyed our week stay in PCB! I highly recommend contacting owners within the community to rent a golf cart. It made our lives so much easier. Even though it’s a short walk to the beach, carrying boogie boards, a cooler, etc it was worth it! Plus we often forgot something so it was a quick ride back to the condo to grab what we needed. The canal has lots of turtles which made it a little difficult to fish, but we did catch 2 fish! One probably about 3-4 lbs so that was exciting! Overall a great stay!
