Vieni a stare con noi a Bella Sirena. Siamo nella migliore spiaggia di Rocky Point, Sandy Beach. Abbiamo diversi servizi molto interessanti. Ci sono 5 edifici, i giardini sono così belli, molto spesso vengono utilizzati per servizi fotografici. Abbiamo anche 5 piscine, un bar a bordo piscina, aree barbecue per trascorrere una giornata speciale con la famiglia e un campo da tennis per l'esercizio. Non sbaglierai con questa scelta.

Questo condominio ha una camera da letto e un bagno. Questo condominio si trova al 5 ° piano della Torre Estrella. Questo condominio può ospitare 4 persone; due nella camera da letto e due sul divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Il soggiorno ha un design del soffitto piastrellato a mosaico ad incasso, un divano in tessuto marrone, una poltrona abbinata, un tavolino, tavolini e un mobile per i media. All'interno del mobile multimediale c'è una grande TV, DVD, videoregistratore e lettore CD. Usa le porte scorrevoli per uscire sulla terrazza. La sala da pranzo è arredata con un tavolo di legno di forma rotonda con posti a sedere per 4 persone. Le pareti della sala da pranzo e della cucina sono dipinte di un verde menta. Il set di mobili comprende un comodino, un comò, uno specchio e una sedia blu in tessuto. La biancheria da letto è color crema e pesca con diversi cuscini. La camera ha un grande armadio e un ulteriore toletta. La stanza ha anche una panca che può essere utilizzata per mettere e togliere le scarpe. Il bagno principale è accessibile attraverso il corridoio o la camera matrimoniale. Il bagno principale ha una doccia con blocchi di vetro, una vasca allungata e un mobile lavabo singolo.

Il patio di questa unità ha un tavolo da pranzo con quattro sedie dove è possibile prendere un drink e sedersi per contemplare la grandezza del nostro Mare di Cortez. The view of the water was beautiful. The resort is wonderful! The unit was clean. However, the rental agency where we had to check in had moved locations and we were not informed of this until we saw the poster on the door of where we thought we were supposed to check in. Even though we didn't have a balance and were paid in full, the agent wanted to see the actual physical credit card which we no longer had as we cancelled it. This caused us some major stress!Maintenance issues and comments as follows:kitchen sink leak kitchen faucet missing aerator causing very strong water pressure rusted and broken patio lounge chairs with no cushions bed mattress poor quality and not comfortable dresser drawers very difficult to open bed linens poor quality and worntook my own shampoo, Kleenex, TP, body wash etc as I read previous reviews non were supplied or limited (TP)Kitchen could have been better stocked. No hot mitts!If all my issues and concerns were corrected I would rent again.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed the condo. Great views of the beach. The condo was very cleaned. The weather was at times a bit too much, however, the condo's A/C unit was very nice! We will be back!

Weekend with a view!

Our second stay at Bella Sirena and we loved it! The grounds and the room were beautiful and clean, and the staff was warm and friendly. The views from our room were stunning! We were able to enjoy the weekend despite chillier than expected weather and will be back soon!

Almost perfect

Really clean place, cozy and we had a great time staying here with the kids. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they made us sign a document stating that I would be ok with having housekeeping going into the condo to pick up the garbage and bring more toilet paper which I was ok with it but the whole time we were there no one pick up the trash and the condo smelled nasty so we had to manage to take it out ourselves and there was no extra garbage bag.

Great location and nice property

Excellent location. Property was well maintained and lots of pools to swim in and enjoy. Right in the ocean. Check-in would’ve been smoother if we noticed you need to go to a different location in town for keys. I’m the future would help to send a few follow up emails with importance maybe. We missed it in the email so that was our mistake. Patio is amazing and huge. Great views!!

Not as expected

Although the condo had a great ocean view and was very clean (kitchen, bathrooms, floors) the furnishings were very dated and need replacing. The sofa fabric was stained and worn. The bedding and pillows were old and worn. Not what you’d expect at Bella Sirena. The amenities at the resort were wonderful, as always. Beautiful well kept grounds and pools. The service at the swim up bar and restaurant was excellent.

Great little spot with an amazing view

Super cute condo. Perfect for our family. Easy access to elevator. We love Bella Sirena. Check in was a bit frustrating having to check in with Casago and then again at the property. But everyone was great - just annoying to have to do it twice. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Not enough towels and no sheets for the pullout couch but the place was clean and kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Very pleasant experience overall.

Great location. Casago office friendly. Bella Sirena staff not so much. Great view & nice condo. Couple of issues that never got resolved. 1st night called that the shower had bearly a trickle of water not even enough to shower & only 1 key in lock box. Called said they would come out Saturday for items & no one ever came.

Beautiful Ocean View

We were invited with a group very last minute that were all staying at Bella Sirena, and we were lucky to find this gem. This was perfect location. The furniture inside had recently been updated and looked even better than the pictures. Wonderful balcony to enjoy the view while sipping morning coffee. I absolutely would stay here again. Checking in at the office first in town was an easy process just double check the hours. Thankfully they called me to see how close we were and stayed open a little longer until we arrived. The office hours had changed from what was online. I will stay here again! Perfect for my husband and I. I actually can’t wait to book our next trip to come back.

Bella Sirena E 503

Had to check in twice, once at the Casago office and again at the resort which wasn’t made clear at the initial check in, but not a big deal. Unit was right next to the elevators and was in overall good condition, just a little outdated. Bed was not very comfortable but wasn’t terrible either. Overall good experience and would probably visit again, though I’d recommend staying away from the pool bar/restaurant. Awful service and everything is overpriced. Bring your own drinks and food or go eat at any of the restaurants near the resorts.

Great

The condo was nice and comfortable. The only issue was the key lock box located at the front door of the condo. We tried several times to open the key lock box but would not open. Maintenace from the condos had to open it and he had trouble opening the key box. As we checked out with Casago we had to leave the key in the key box, which of course did not open. We drove to the Casago office and left the keys there. The key lock box should be fixed or replaced, because it was an issue with prior guests. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Disappointing

Though the unit was clean and looks like the photos, there were a handful of things that my husband and I didn't appreciate. Firstly, there is no shampoo provided and it doesn't state you need to bring your own. I never travel with shampoo and have never stayed anywhere where it wasn't provided. They also don't provide kleenex, again not mentioned, or beach towels which I find tacky since the whole reason you are there is to go to the pool and beach! The bathroom tiled floor has a few chips in it which doesn't look very good and is distracting, as well as a couple in the hallway. The bedroom had a few broken drawers on both wood dressers - and no nightstands which is pretty unusual and inconvenient. The pillows were terrible. The lock on the glass door leading to the bedroom balcony was also broken. No one told us there was water available and that was the one thing we did go out and buy! The check-in process was inconvenient and several miles away from the property and hard to find even when using Google maps. We had to rush to make sure we got there before they closed as we didn't want to pay yet another fee which would have been very unfair to impose. The unit has a lock box anyway so why are they making you travel out of your way to get a code which most people provide via email - and the room was already paid for! All in all, it was only an okay experience. I do not appreciate being nickel and dimed, particularly when basic services aren't even provided!
