LIVING ROOM - Upon entering the home you'll notice that it feels open, airy and spacious. The living room offers a couch that converts into a queen sleeper sofa! Need to get some work done? No problem, there's a designated office space with a desk and chair and plenty of USB outlets for all of your equipment.

The DINING ROOM is perfect for gathering with your loved ones. You'll find a large wooden table with seating for six .

The KITCHEN is spacious with NEW modern stainless steel appliances and additional seating at the breakfast counter. We've stocked the kitchen with all the essentials you'll need, including high quality pots & pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, utensils, a blender, toaster, air fryer, and more. There's even a separate beverage frig so you always stay hydrated. Enjoy a perfect start to your day with our mini coffee station providing both a Keurig single-serve coffee maker and a carafe coffee maker. We've got you covered with a starter set of coffee, filters, sugar, creamer and sample teas.

The adjacent FAMILY ROOM is perfect for relaxing, watching your favorite shows on the 65-inch TV, or indulging in the cozy ambiance of the fireplace . The couches in both the living room and the family room convert into queen sleepers, and we've made sure to provide everything you'll need for these sleepers including mattress pads, sheets, pillows, and blankets (available in the back bedroom walk-in closet).

Our stylish high-top/pub table adjacent to the family room allows you to never miss a minute of your favorite TV show, movie, or gathering. Enjoy a meal, snack or special drink while staying in the center of the action at the pub table.

After a full day of fun in the sun, a restful nights sleep is just what you crave! The MASTER BEDROOM is your own private oasis. You'll enjoy the privacy of the in-suite bathroom and the luxurious rainfall showerhead, super plush bath towels, comfy, cool sheets, soft pillows, and plush queen mattress. There's no shortage of storage space in this house as each bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet. In terms of storage, the master bedroom also offers a full-sized dresser, two bedside tables, under-bed storage drawers, and a storage bench. The SECOND BEDROOM offers two twin beds, a shared bedside table, and a full sized dresser. In the THIRD BEDROOM you'll find a cozy queen bed, two bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. All of the bedrooms feature room-darkening shades, USB outlets for all of your devices, and Smart TVs to enjoy YOUR favorite streaming service from the comfort of your own room (streaming service not provided).

The LANAI is an inviting, relaxing, and perfect for gathering with friends and family. You'll find comfortable seating, a large outdoor dining table that seats six, and lounge chairs for sunbathing. The screened/covered lanai offers a fan and provides a cool place to relax out of the sun.

The large sparkling HEATED POOL and PATIO are perfect for a refreshing swim or stargazing at night. The lighted pool offers an amazing night-time ambiance. Surrounding the pool are additional lounge chairs, another cozy sitting area, a sun umbrella, and grill. The pool depth ranges from 4.5 to 5.5 ft. You'll really enjoy the built-in pool seats on those sunny hot Florida days! The pool is cleaned on Tuesdays but is not covered. If debris gets into the pool, no worries, we've provided everything you'll need to deal with those pesky leaves and bugs.

The oversized BACKYARD is fenced and private with plenty of room for yard games. Speaking of games, we've provided Bags and Spike Ball for outside fun and a variety of board games and cards for inside entertainment.

We've got you covered with THE EXTRAS you'll need for a stress-free stay. You'll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid. We've also provided beach towels, (4) beach chairs, (2) umbrellas, and a mini cooler for trips to the beach, pool floats and noodles. You will love the convenience of the NEW oversized washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. We've provided a starter supply of laundry soap, dryer sheets, and spray starch.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note that we routinely spray for insects, however, if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is part of the tropics, and along with that come critters. To help prevent them, please keep doors and windows closed. Leaving a window or door open, even for a few moments, can invite critters in. Seeing a critter does not constitute a refund.

TROPICAL CLIMATE DISCLOSURE:
This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, stray cats, bears, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals. Florida is also home to all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honeybees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. all of which may be seen on the property. Per listing requirements, we are required to notify you that we may have “dangerous animals” on the property. If you do see anything that falls in this category, please let us know, however, seeing one of these creatures does not constitute a refund.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire home. You can use the garage for storage, however, a garage door opener will not be provided.

The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay by our team to make sure your stay is perfect. However, If there is anything that our cleaners missed or something that our home is lacking (missing amenity, missing kitchen item, low supply of something, something not working, or something you just wish we provided for your stay), please let us know immediately so we have a chance to make it right. Our goal is for you to have a 5-star stay!

Eagles Lake Aquatic Park- 1.5 miles:
This water park is super close to us and a fun option for those of you with children! The park is open Monday through Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Sugden Regional Park- 3.1 miles
This park features a 60-acre lake & freshwater beach, plus paddle boats, walking paths & picnic areas.

Local Walks- 3.7 miles
For a fun place to walk, visit Lely. Just drive in off of Tamiami to Sam Sneads Restaurant. There's plenty of free parking at the restaurant, the sidewalks are wide, and you can walk for miles. The path connects to several nearby parks. After you are done walking, stop in for a delicious bite at Sam Sneads.

Naples Botanical Garden- 3.9 miles
A beautiful 170-acre botanical garden. Open Monday through Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.

Celebration Park- 4.8 miles
Food trucks provide the eats at this laid-back, open-air bar set in a waterfront park. This is a fun place to hang out, especially for happy hour (4-6 PM Mon-Fri) They often have live music in the afternoon and again in the evening. Open Sun-Thurs to 9 PM and Fri-Sat until 10 PM.

Tin City- 6.2 miles
Tin City is a open-air specialty shopping district located on the water. There are four separate buildings of restaurants and shops where you can buy food, antiques, clothes, seashells, candles, wine, etc. Be sure to check out the restaurants and enjoy that great water view!

Bayfront Restaurants- 6.1 miles
Bayfront of Naples is a Mediterranean-style waterfront village overlooking Naples Bay featuring restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, and brunch in a variety of dining atmospheres. This place offers dog-friendly outdoor and waterfront dining plus live entertainment! Bayfront of Naples is open daily, but please visit the website for the individual businesses location details and hours of operation.

Downtown Naples: Famous 5th Ave.- 6.4 miles
A visit to Naples wouldn't be complete without a stroll along its unofficial Main Street, the Avenue has been at the heart of the downtown district. Over the decades, this area has blossomed into the thriving business and arts district it is today, securing its spot as a prime dining, shopping, and entertainment destination. This is a great place to watch for those exotic cars!

Naples Beach and Naples Pier 7.3 miles
Here you will find a Seven-mile white-sand beach along with a serene atmosphere & fishing pier. The Pier took a hit from Hurricane Ian, so you can’t currently walk on it, however, it’s still the best place on the planet to see a sunset!

Naples Zoo- 8 miles
The Naples Zoo is a 43-acre zoo and historic botanical garden. The zoo is open Mon-Sun 9AM to 4:30 PM.

Rookery Bay Nature Preserve- 8.5 miles
Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve stretches across 110,000 acres of pristine mangrove forest, uplands, and protected waters, encompassing 40% of Collier County coastline. The Nature Center has hands-on activities for all ages with interactive exhibits, art gallery, trails, and picnic areas. They also offer eco-tours. Interested in a boat or kayak tour? If so, check them out! Open 9 AM to 4 PM- closed on Sundays.

Marco Island- 12 miles
Marco Island features six miles of beautiful sand beach. On the way, be sure to seek out a picturesque waterfront restaurant in the communities of Goodland or Isles of Capri
