Cherry Street Loft B is perched above Cherry Street in the very heart of downtown Black Mountain. The historic building has been thoughtfully renovated and retains the original charm while offering all-new modern finishes. The walkable location is unparalleled, offering one-of-a-kind access to downtown Black Mountain, as well as a quick 20-minute drive from all that Asheville has to offer!

• Parking is available on Cherry Street or in nearby public parking lots
• The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, an island with breakfast bar seating for 2, and Keurig-style coffee maker
• The open-concept living room offers a Smart TV for streaming
• There are two identical units available: Cherry Street Loft A and Cherry Street Loft B. The units are accessed by a single interior staircase

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is central to everything, and the town itself is such a great place to stay for a few days. The food options are really impressive in this small town, and each one we tried was more than we expected. The flat above Taco Billy's that we rented is large, comfortable and easy access to everything. I will also say that it is quiet, as the flat next door is separated by a hallway. We were very pleased and will come back again.

Had a great time in Black Mountain. Access to the loft was easy to follow and the central location made it easy to walk almost anywhere you wanted to go. Great food and great people.

Great location and very clean

Loved the location and size of this one bedroom apt with kitchen. The apartment was clean and crisp above a storefront on a Main Street in Black Mountain. I was unaware when I booked, but there was a music festival the same weekend, and the only negative to the place is lack of a dedicated parking spot.

Great location! Parking ok…probably more challenging in peak seasons. Bedding was adequate but not optimal. Lack of lamp lighting in the living area was a miss and the floor lamp in the bedroom has a bent light socket. Was surprised that the kitchen did not have coffee filters, nor a coffee scoop. Ceiling light in hall had a missing bulb and made the entry dark and made it difficult to engage the door lock pad. Top of fridge dirty and bathroom floor dirty. Furniture and accessories were dated and spartan in nature.

Best location in Black Mountain if you want to be in the center of restaurants and shops! Yet, the street is quiet — nearby establishments close by 8 or 9 pm. Super clean and well equipped for a short term stay. The living room furniture looked new and the sofas were super comfortable. The loft shares a partial wall with a second one, so we were conscious of keeping our voices down, but it didn’t affect our stay. We had a question before checking in (during office hours) and were impressed that the management company answered the phone on the first ring. They answered our question immediately and then followed up with a courtesy text. We felt well looked after. Oh, and we strongly recommend starting your day in beautiful Black Mountain with breakfast tacos in the restaurant downstairs—yum!
