Exceptional stay with amazing views! This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it never disappoints! Spacious, clean, well equipped vacation home with beautiful outdoor space to relax and admire the view! The host, Katharine, is always very responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an unforgettable stay! Our group really enjoyed the location being on the quiet end of the island but still close enough to enjoy all that OKI and Southport gave to offer! We will definitely be back!

February at the beach

This condo is in a great location and is beautifully decorated. We also really liked the layout and it has a great deck with a wonderful view. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This location was absolutely perfect, quiet and absolutely beautiful! The unit itself was large, spacious, clean, and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable! The views are just like in the pictures. The walk to the beach was so easy! Probably three minutes if that. The road you have to cross is a very quiet and non-busy two-lane highway. Pretty much no one else is out there on the beach unless they live there or our vacationing in the area. There are no public restrooms right there so that also decreases traffic. There’s a lot of golf cart parking across the street as well. The dunes are beautiful, the beach is beautiful, the entire area is perfect! We will definitely return. We live in Raleigh and like to go as far out as possible when we visit the beach, so this was an amazing weekend getaway for us. The host was very communicative and all of the instructions for the property are very clear.

Beautiful, relaxing Vacation

We loved staying here. The beach was so close and beautiful. The Condo was beautiful and fully equipped. We never found the pools but we also did not need to. We love how it was close to things to do but not right in the midst.

Quick trip

The host was very pleasant. Communication was quick and the condo was very clean and beautiful. The location could not have been better for our needs. We would highly recommend this place to any friends or family for future visits.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The property is located in a quiet area with amazing views of the ocean! The property was very spacious and very well maintained. We enjoyed the oversized covered deck. Communication with the host was top notch and her condo was well stocked with essentials needed for our trip. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home!

Great condo, great location!

We've stayed in OKI for years but never in Caswell Beach. we loved it! The condo has everything you need, great views and very short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach toys to keep the 3yo occupied and a wagon and beach chairs, so we didn't need to bring anything from home. Beds, sheets and towels were all comfortable and soft.

Perfect for what we were looking for- Not too busy and beautiful. The space was just the right size for us, but could easily fit kids. The deck is awesome (big). The walk to the beach is shorter than some walks from 'on the beach' places.Someone did note the master bed is soft- Yep, it's soft. So if you are use to firm, be ready.The beach is wide and super clean. Well worth it!

Great location!

We loved the home- very roomy and nicely decorated. The only feedback I have would be to change out the shower curtain and liners in the bathrooms. The liner in the master bath looked well worn and gave off a mildewy smell. Other than that, the furnishings and linens were all lovely. The kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated! Great location to the beach and beautiful view from the deck!

A Beautiful Beach Getaway!

We just spent a weekend here for my mom’s 60th birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! In addition to being incredibly close to the beautiful Caswell Beach, the property’s other residents were super friendly and helpful in getting around, and the condo itself offered pretty much everything we needed. If I could make one recommendation, I would suggest a cheat sheet of things to know about the property (walking directions, phone numbers to local delivery places, etc.). Not a huge deal because the host was super responsive, but would be a nice touch!

Perfect Family Getaway with Quiet Beach and Pool

This Caswell Beach condo was the perfect place for two small families with young kids – offering the convenience of a quiet beach and two community pools. The extra large balcony was a beautiful spot to listen to the ocean, hang out, relax and enjoy a meal. The walk to the beach was super convenient and we loved that it never felt crowded. The host had lots of extra amenities to make vacationing easier - a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower. In the morning we loved walking along the beach to Ruby's Coffeehouse and walking to the pier for lunch at Koko Cabana. The main part of town was an easy 10 minute drive - we enjoyed dinner at Salt64 and the Oak Island Jungle mini golf, arcade and local ice cream shop. The host was very responsive and the electronic keypad made check in/out a breeze. We look forward to returning!
