What a beautiful house in an amazing location! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The living room was comfortable for all of us to hang out together and the bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and conveniently arranged. Lots of comfortable outside seating and kayaks made the lake even more lovely. The host was always available when needed and super easy to communicate with. Loved the walking path into downtown Perry and the close access to Letchworth. Hoping to plan a return visit soon!

We had a great time at Silver Lake. The house was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Our host was awesome and was a great communicator. We would definitely stay here again!

Last minute trip from Indianapolis for two family events. Having Letchworth State Park nearby was an added bonus. Home and host were superb. Will likely stay again as we come to visit family.

Lake Get Away

The property was very nice. We enjoyed being on the water and Silver Lake/ Community was very relaxing and laid back. Letchworth State Park is a short drive away and is amazing!

Perfect place for a getaway

This house was absolutely perfect!!! Plenty of room for our family! So many amenities, beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed s’mores by campfire, grilling, kayaking and hiking trails!!! So peaceful and relaxing, and something fun for everyone in our family to do!!!! Cannot wait to stay here again!!!!

It was so nice to be near the water. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and there were plenty of channels to watch when we were just looking to settle in for the night. Jenaé was the perfect host... Answered all of my questions promptly, left a handwritten note and a basket of snacks. Would definitely go back again!

Simply excellent

The house is absolutely great. Beds are good. House is clean. Location is perfect. I never saw a kitchen so nicely supplied with kitchen utensils. Even the knifes cut and frying pan is good. Great stay overall.

Communication was outstanding. No issues at all with property. Stayed extended period (17 days /-) was home for that timeframe. Location also spectacular. Proprety was clean and well stocked with basics. Highly recommended. Would like to come back in the summer.

Nice location and view

Overall very good - nice location and good condition. Lake is a nice size to enjoy kayaking and fishing. Close proximity to Letchworth State Park is also a plus.A bit more information about operation of door lock and what can/cannot be recycled and which bin to put things in would have been helpful. But hosts were very responsive to questions.... we had a nice stay.

We were in Perry NY for a family wedding. Our extended family rented homes all around the lake. We absolutely LOVED our stay in Janae’s home. The house is everything ( and more) than we expected. The location….PERFECT. The neighbors…..EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and welcoming. Our adult children ( although disbursed around the lake), enjoyed hanging out in our peaceful, beautiful rental. Thank you, Janae, for allowing us to stay. You have a true GEM. Love, Scott & Renee’

Eclipse getaway

I didn't think the pictures showed how nice the property is! Everything was clean and well thought out. The beds were comfortable - 3 bedrooms plus a trundle bed in the living room area. The hosts thought of everything. Communication with the host was quick and clear, and we felt welcomed into their home. We were originally going to experience the eclipse at Letchworth State Park but decided being in the kayaks on Silver Lake would be an amazing experience and it was! The host even had an eclipse-themed welcome basket! The thoughtfulness was much appreciated!
