The place is in a perfect downtown area where everything is walking distance. Was able to walk to pikes place and and even up to the Space needle. The parking garage was a plus too! Host was really quick in any questions I might have.

Reservation: There were so many emails and texts from multiple entities and seemingly no communication between them- laborious and needing to submit more than once. Since property in a secured building, had to wait to be let in. It would have been helpful navigating if name of condo was given as the street address came up with north and west??? Once finally got into property all was fine and adequate.

Solid place, host had good communication. Didn't love having to coordinate a check in time with a person. Would be easier if the door just had a keypad or something and gotten buzzed into the building. Regardless good location and accurate to the listing inside the unit.

Great communication and friendly host. The owner provided a great guide that helped us orient to the property and the neighborhood. There were a couple of annoying repairs that needed to be handled that I think were just bad luck, not bad management. An uncomfy, broken bed brought what would have been a five star review down to a four. That said, the location was PERFECT and the owner got a fix in for the bed before we ended our stay. We really enjoyed the onsite dry sauna, proximity to good restaurants, the waterfront, Space Needle, and Pike Place. Having garage parking was another great benefit. All in all I would definitely stay here again and I’m sure I’d give it an enthusiastic 5 stars next time!

Such a great stay in the heart of Seattle -- just about everything you want to do is a short walk or a quick lime bike/scooter ride away -- restaurants and bars right outside the front door, pike market 10 minute walk, aquarium 15 minute walk, stadiums 15 minute ride, space needle 20 minute walk or 5 minute ride (we did both). Easy check-in, included parking is a real nice perk (we were able to rent a car for the week for less than three cost of rideshare to/from the airport -- you won't NEED a car, but we were able to use it one night to go to Ballard Locks and drinks/dinner over in Fremont).Overall, 10/10, would recommend!

Great Stay

Safe location and secure entry. The check-in process was a bit complicated trying to schedule the right time with our unexpected flight changes and taxi arrival. Other than that, the property was clean and pretty local to most Seattle landmarks.

Great location for an easy couple-of-blocks away walk to Pike Street and the lower pier area. The condo was as listed with a nice view of the inner courtyard. Parking was very secure. Inside the building was well taken care of and other tenants were friendly. The pool/sauna/hot tub were inop during our stay and concierge said would be down for several more weeks. No fault to the owner but would've been nice to know ahead of time as we were looking forward to it in the evenings. Kitchen offered enough items to cook with although we ate out by choice. Several really tasty restaurants in walking distance - we loved Rocco's pizza and Umi Sake.

The size of the apartment was perfect for the two of us. While we only showered & slept there, the kitchen was adequately furnished with everything needed if you wanted to prepare meals. The apartment complex is large with a lovely courtyard. Communication with our host, Vince, was awesome. I think he responded to my texts within 10 minutes if not sooner. We walked to Pike Place Market as well as the space needle and the beautiful Chihuly Glass & Gardens. We’re in our early 70s and we didn’t find the walk too strenuous. Security is tight for this complex so upon arrival the first time a designated greeter must meet you out front & escort you in the building where you’ll get your key/fob & instructions. Normally this would be easy, however our flight into Seattle was delayed several times. We kept in communication with Vince & the greeter to keep them apprised of our ETA. Unfortunately, we did not arrive until midnight, yet the greeter still met us to escort us in. There is a parking garage within the complex, a rooftop area & swimming pool & hot tub available for your use.
