Best VRBO we have ever stayed in..Teresa is the best host… her communication is A and everything you would need for the best vacation is all there. The sunset views and dolphins all day every day are the added bonus.. Will definitely be back

A dolphin and Manatee superhighway with gorgeous sunset and great daytime sun. The layout is unusual, one shared bathroom for the one side of the house and a unique shower in the master bedroom. The water system is heard throughout the house whenever anyone flushes the toilet but overall is a great place to stay especially if you have kids

The house was a great place for a vacation. The location is in a quiet area, away from the busy streets. We were able to watch dolphins several times and a few manatees. The check in was quick and easy and directions were easy to follow for check out. It was very kind and appreciate that some snacks were available when we arrived and we enjoyed using the games. Kids loved having the pool available whenever they felt like swimming and had privacy around us.

A beautiful house with a wonderful setting. Pool and hot tub were great. The host was so nice and always let us know when a rocket was being launched. Perfect place to watch that. We were here for 2 weeks and it felt like home away from home! Highly recommend this property!

Amazing property for family vacation

We stayed here with my 4 year old, in-laws and brother/sister in law and their baby. It was the perfect place for a family vacation. The house was stocked with everything you could ever need - so many awesome toys for my 4 year old, beach gear, phone chargers by each bed, plenty of towels and things for the kitchen to cook meals or grill. The sunsets were gorgeous over the water and seeing the dolphins and manatees was so special. Host was super responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights was the river directly behind the home. Dolphins and manatees frequented the area and we were fortunate to see them every day of our trip, multiple times a day. Fishing from the backyard was busy, though there was not a wide variety of species being caught.Another unforgettable experience was watching a rocket launch from the back patio. The view was spectacular and provided a picturesque backdrop for the launch. It was an amazing experience that we hadn't anticipated. Overall the combination of wildlife, waterfront views and unique experiences made our stay truly memorable!

Everything about this place is AWESOME!!! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. We had a small problem with the hot tub and the host took care of it right away and communication was excellent!! Plenty of space and fun things to do at the house!!! We enjoyed the bikes, game room, and the pool and hot tub. Very close to lots of local restaurants and the beach.

Fantastic place to stay!

Unbelievable views and location. Close to everything you would need for a great vacation. The property manager was very accommodating. You won’t get tired of watching the Dolphins!

Everything was perfect: Host was responsive and amenities were clean and plentiful. The backyard view was amazing and serene. Easy bike ride to the beach or simply relax in the pool/hot tub next to the river under the sunset. Neighborhood was quiet, close to attractions (golf, boating, fishing, ocean), and away from downtown. Can’t wait to visit again!

Property was well equipped with supplies and equipment for all activities. Pool & patio were great! Dolphin & manatee sightings daily. Ideal for our family vacation!

Great family house

Lovely, well cared for property. Lots of nice kitchen items, Morse so than other places we have stayed. We had a few small issues, but they were handled immediately.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend with our family of teenagers and had a wonderful experience! The house was spacious, beautifully updated, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The private pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and we also loved fishing in the river right behind the home. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. A highlight of the trip was seeing a rocket launch and spotting dolphins and manatees in the river. This home truly made our Cocoa Beach getaway special, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Grandkid vacation

Love the fact that they have everything you need for your vacations. Dolpins every time you look at water. Great house that is open yet provided privacy when needed.The neighborhood very quiet so kids could play outside. Kitchen a part of the family fun where you can see everything but still do dishes or cook. Great place to stay!
