We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Cabin was comfortably and beautifully equipped. Coffee and s’mores ingredients included! Deer and squirrels in the backyard every morning.

A beautiful cabin stocked will everything you will need. The views of the lake are incredible. The home was clean and just as described. Communication was wonderful!

Highly impressed with this cabin and everything that it had to offer — It was fully stocked with amenities that were extremely helpful to have.The s’mores bar was such an added touch! Morgan was attentive to any of my questions and was a great host.I would highly recommend this property for your Beaver Lake getaway!

My family and I were delighted with this house; we recommend it 100%. If you like how it looks in the photos, you will love seeing it in person. Communication with the host is excellent, and the house is very clean.

Such an amazing place to stay with your family! This home has absolutely everything you need—and I mean EVERYTHING! It’s thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Although we didn’t get the chance to make s’mores with my kids, they were still delighted to enjoy the marshmallows and chocolate the hosts so kindly left for their guests.We truly enjoyed our stay, and the thoughtful little touches made it even more special. If I ever return to Arkansas, I will definitely look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway!

This place was absolutely wonderful. It was well stocked with any necessities you might need, the house was very clean, and the views were amazing. I highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and beds were so comfortable. Enjoyed the cozy firepit one evening while cooking out on the gas grill. Saw lots of deer in the area too.

I rented this for my bachelorette party on Labor Day weekend. It was the cutest property and so clean and cozy. It was perfectly located right by the lake and not too far from town.

Amazing location and property

Beautiful home and quite location. Minutes away from the city for any need yet remote enjoy to enjoy family time playing games, enjoying the fire pit or a quick trip down to the lake.

Amazing property. Secluded lake community, but close enough to downtown Rogers for all that fun. Morgan had the house spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bookmarking this place for our next trip to NW Arkansas!
