Ideal house for families, with clear sea view

It is the first house in a small condominium of 4 single-family houses, with all services at a walking distance (baker/cafeteria, mini market, fruit and vegetables shop, pharmacy, hairdresser, ATM).
The house has a private parking space.
With easy access to the main roads, our house is just a 5 minute drive from the Cathedral of Funchal (the city center), benefits from excellent sun exposure and has an unobstructed view of the city, the harbor, and the sea.
Our villa does not have a swimming pool because the sea (Forte de Santiago Beach) is just a 5-minute drive away 😊. On the other hand, the house has Wi-Fi in all areas so that our guests can always be close to everyone they love most.
The house has the following structure: ground floor, first floor and second floor. For this reason, we do not recommend our house for people with limited mobility, as access to the upper floors is via a staircase.
THE BEDROOMS (MAXIMUM 7 PEOPLE)
All rooms have a window with a frontal view of the bay of Funchal and spacious wardrobes:
1 Suite: located on the middle floor, next to the dining room and the balcony/terrace, with a 160x200 cm bed (upon previous request, a cot can be installed), private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
2 Double Bedrooms, with a 140x190 cm bed, and 1 Single Bedroom, with a 95x200 cm bed, on the upper floor, with access to a small terrace/garden. On this floor there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
LIVING ROOM | DINING ROOM | TERRACES | GARDEN | GYM CORNER |STORAGE ROOM
Living Room: Next to the main entrance, and the toilet, it has a sofa for 6 people, armchair, library, Honest Bar (with beverages and cocktail recipes | Drinks list and procedures at the bar), 48'' flat screen TV, surround sound system with Bluetooth, decks of cards and board games.
Dining Room (table for 8 people), on the middle floor, next to the kitchen, with a large window and direct access to the outdoor balcony/terrace with a beautiful view of the bougainvillea and the city of Funchal.
Terrace , first floor (adjacent to the dining room): With lush bougainvillea, wooden pergola and garden sofa set for 8 people. This space is ideal to relax, socialize and enjoy the beautiful view of the city and the sea.
The Gym Corner: Is located next to the terrace of the first floor. It has a multifunctional weight training machine (BH Strengh) so you can stay in shape😊
Terrace, Second floor: A refuge area, with a wooden pergola, a beautiful bougainvillea, a cement bench and access to the Small Garden with fruit trees (avocado, banana, araçaleiro, fig), flowers and tea herbs (which you can use.
Storage Room: It is located at the kitchen level, at the end of the Gym Space, where you can find the electric water heater, the cushions for the outdoor sofas, the clothesline and brooms.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is spacious, has marble counters and a table and is fully equipped with:
● Fridge and freezer |Electric stove (4 plates) and Electric oven | Microwave | Electric kettle,
● Espresso coffee machine (only for Delta Café brand capsules)
● Kitchen utensils | Dishware | Glasses | Cutlery
● Dishwasher and washing machine (products are in the cupboard next to the machine).
