The location was absolutely perfect! It is just steps to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We loved relaxing on the deck and in the hammock. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beach umbrella, chairs, and a boogie board to enjoy at the beach. We appreciated the host’s communication as well. The property met our needs. It does need a little TLC, but you’re most likely staying at this property for its incredible proximity to beach and other local bars and restaurants!

The pictures of this place were too good to be true.There was mold everywhere, dust everywhere and it doesn’t look like the filters have ever been changed, leaks in the roof, stains on the bed sheets. We went to target immediately to buy new sheets the second we arrived,Massive leak under the sink where the rug has molded to the floor.I would not recommend you stay here unless a major renovation. I have pictures to notify the owner. This was one of the worst rentals I’ve ever seen or stayed at!

The location is everything with this place. It’s just steps from the ocean and right in the heart of Wrightsville. A major plus is having a parking spot, which is essential during summer and prime beach season.From the porch, you can feel the ocean breeze, hear the waves, and even catch a glimpse of the sea. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and relaxing, and the back porch has a grill and dining set.Inside, the home has everything you need for a great stay: two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room TV, coffee pot and mugs, fridge, and even a washer/dryer. It’s also nice to have the whole top level to yourself, and the rooms are cutely designed.I would definitely stay here again.

The beach was accessible within a 1 min walk as stated. It wasn’t an ocean/beach view directly from the condo. It was functional and comfortable for a short stay. We did not need to use the kitchen much so what was there worked. It was also 1 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Really nice overall

The host was as helpful and friendly as any I have ever encountered. But the property is basically shelter with running water. OF COURSE everyone loves to be steps from the beach, but there is just no comfort in the house at all. It says sleeps six but there were four towels, no washcloths, and three bowls. No drain covers in any sink and in the shower you could twist and ankle stepping into the drain, where you can stand in just one spot, nose almost touching the corner walla, to catch the water coming from two feet directly above your head. The towel racks are falling out of the wall. One bedroom has the W/D but the closest doors cannot even close to block the ruckus. No hangers and nothing to hang hangers on if they’d had them. No dressers, I slept on one side of K and let the other side be a dresser. Filthy LR rug, deeply uncomfortable couch, where would two other people sleep? And with what sheets or blankets (none). This was extremely expensive for poor quality everything. Rusty metal nails sticking out of steps and walls on the porch. All this place did for us was…well, shelter and running water. Adjust all expectations accordingly. But thank you for being a nice host. I didn’t bother to complain while there because would could he have done? Bring furniture, more dishes, patch holes, add fixtures?

Great location

My family really enjoyed our stay, i love hanging out on the front deck watching and waving to all the people walk by. Short walk 1 way to beach and the other way to restaurants and ice cream.

Location was perfect for beach access. Close to bars and grocery store. Decks on the front and back of unit were great. Grill was a perk as there is market across the bridge that had fresh fish and shrimp. Parking space with unit was key - room for two cars. Unit was clean and provided linens and some supplies. Kitchen had necessary items for a few days but lacked some everyday items and essentials for grilling. Unit is dated and could use maintenance inside and out. Host was very responsive and attentive to any concerns.

The home itself was nice, and both bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds. However, the listing was inaccurate regarding the sleeping arrangements. Vrbo states that the common area has a twin bed and a double bed. This was important to us because we had a fifth person staying with us. Unfortunately, there was no twin bed, double bed, or sleeper sofa in the common area—only a regular couch. We specifically chose this property based on the advertised sleeping arrangements, so this was very disappointing.There were also several maintenance issues that need attention. The ceiling needs work in some areas, the shower curtain liner needs to be replaced, and the kitchen lighting is very poor at night.This was our first disappointing Vrbo experience, and I normally don’t leave negative reviews. However, I feel future guests should know that the sleeping accommodations are not as advertised and that there are some maintenance and lighting issues that need to be addressed.Overall, the two king bedrooms were comfortable, but the property did not meet our needs for a fifth guest as advertised.

4th of July Stay

Great week in Wrightsville for the 4th of July Holiday! The house is steps to the beach and steps to the beach bars and restaurants for all the nightlife. Ample parking for three cars, and great front and back patios for winding down after the beach. Stephen is super communicative if necessary, but we had no problems!

Property was perfect … location can’t be beat. Plenty of food and shopping within walking distance … quiet neighborhood … just a few steps from the ocean. We’ll be back!

Great stay. 2 decks one in front and back. Just need to add more metal forks in case people eat in. We had 4 family members. At one point had 7 for a quick bbq.

Great spot in Wrightsville

We loved our stay at Stephen’s apartment! He was an amazing and responsive host. The porch with a view of the water was a great place to hang out, and only steps to the beach. The inside was very cute and clean. Will definitely be back!

Only issue is the listing notes 4 separate beds, however there are only 2 in the house. The other two “beds” are a blowup mattresses and a couch. Otherwise great spot!

We had a great stay - very clean flat and great location. Would love more kitchen gear for cooking meals. Also - calling out a brew coffee maker since most places have pods and drip. Wasn’t a big deal but knowing what’s available in the kitchen would help meal planning. Thanks very much !

Unbeatable location

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The best part was the location. You were 100m from the beach in one direction and a 100m to downtown Wrightsville beach in the other. Tanya, the house manager was very helpful and available by direct contact. We had an issue with the laundry machine and she was able to resolve the issue quickly. The unit itself will need some more repairs and updating soon but serviced well as a home base for exploring Wrightsville Beach.

Great location but bad

The location was fantastic. The place itself was bad. Kitchen cabinets falling off hinges, shower doesn’t drain, freezing in the living room and sweating in the bedrooms. It’s not 1-1/2 bath. You can see light around the back door when it’s closed. Watched a giant roach run across the floor one night.
