You are going to be delighted when you enter this fantastic, beautifully appointed beach getaway! The entire condo has been upgraded, so you can enjoy every detail that makes it super comfy with plenty of room for eight. The open, spacious living/dining area has full length sliders that look out over the turquoise waters of the Gulf! Even corner windows so you can see the length of the beach! Guests will be required to pay resort for parking for each vehicle, you will receive the link and unit code in your arrival informati


This 2/2 sleeps eight and lays out like this:

*Generously equipped Kitchen including blender, coffeemaker, toaster, crock pot and more!
*Gulf Front Master has a King bed with ensuite bath, featuring a single vanity with makeup counter/seating, and a stand alone shower. Private balcony access. 32" TV
*Guest room has 2 Queen beds and a 32" TV.
*Living room has a Queen sleeper sofa.
*Hall Bath has a Tub/Shower combo and a single vanity.
*Dining table for 6 and bar seating for 4.
*Balcony outfitted with furnishings to relax while soaking up the rays.
*There is a Stackable washer and dryer located in the unit and a wine cooler!!

This elegant 18 story high-rise overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is the perfect family vacation resort that offers great amenities, including a large heated pool with expansive sun decks, clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms, and more. Nearby is St. Andrews State Park, Schooner’s and Captain Anderson’s. You're obviously coming here for the beach, and Watercrest Condominiums overlooks the nicest "backyard" you'll ever sink your feet in. Sugary white sands, emerald green waters... all of the picturesque beauty you've heard about in Panama City Beach is right here. You can enjoy it by sitting back and soaking in the sun while listening to the waves. Or, hit the surf for a splash of adventure!

We have stayed at The Watercrest for several years now. The condo unit was very nice, clean and beautifully decorated! Check in was very smooth, pleasant and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that beach chairs were not included in our stay this year. Parking also used to be included but has not been for the past couple years. One of the main elevators was out of service which made it a little frustrating especially being on the 9th floor but we were able to able to manage and had a great time while there. Would definitely recommend this unit!
