There is an elevator that makes it very easy to get to the top floor.

There is an air conditioner/heater in the living room and the bedroom. Wall mounted flat screen TVs are in both living room and bedroom.

Cable and free WiFi are provided.

There is a full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Bed linens, bath towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided.

The kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots/pans, and a coffee maker. Ocean Dunes provides luggage carts for loading and unloading and there is a ramp and elevator.

A coin laundry room is located on each floor. Bike racks are located near the entrance.
The villa is smoke free including the balcony.
Renters are NOT allowed to have pets.
Owners ONLY are allowed to have pets.

Ocean Dunes is located between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines and is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and is along one of many walking/biking trails on the island.

Ocean Dunes is nestled between two high end resorts offering an outside cabana, grills, and games for our use as well! Beautiful 3rd floor unit with a great ocean, pool and garden view! Only steps to the beach and one of the closest properties to the beach! Hang out on the balcony and enjoy the view or head down the path and find yourself on one of the best beaches in the US!

What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided

Property was very clean. All the furniture in the unit looked and felt new, kitchen was perfect for our needs. Property felt safe and was in a perfect area for traveling with a family. Definitely would recommend the property. Host was awesome, and the check in process was very easy.

Beautiful views

My husband and I had a great visit. We have been to HH many times but this condo was the best so far. Great ocean views and perfect location. The condo could use a new couch and fix the screen door. But other than that the rest was great! Would stay again!!

Great little condo

This was a great little condo with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Hilton Head. Wife and I enjoyed watching the sunrise from balcony and just a few steps to the beach. Heated pool for variety. Convenient walking/riding distance to shopping.

Relaxing paradise

My husband and I took our first ever trip to HHI and stayed at this property. It was the perfect place to stay! The view of the ocean from the deck was second to none! We loved it in the morning when we’d see the dolphins swim by, as well as the evening when we wanted to kick back and relax. It suited our party of two perfectly. It’s an easy walk to bars and restaurants and the beach was so nice for lots of walking. The pool was refreshing and never super busy. All communications with Alicia went well. We highly recommend this condo. We had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Great Views! Very walkable location

Overall had a great stay! The location was. INCREDIBLE! So nice to open the patio doors and have a beautiful ocean view that’s easily accessible! The place was clean and Alicia was always reachable by text.Giving it 4 stars because there are some improvements that could be made. The couch- barely able to sit in you would just sink to the middle. No welcome book- really small detail but always love having a few local recommendations and check out/ Wi-Fi details in one spot. Lastly, it has only the essentials: no beach towels, limited TP, no bar soap holder - just a few improvements that would make a bug

Perfect Location

The balcony had a great view of the pools and beach from the 3rd floor, this place was perfect for a weekend getaway, it was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay!!

Great beachfront Condo on Hilton Head

Super third floor waterfront location with a wonderful balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Well equipped unit for 2 adults (and a couple of children using the bunk beds). Beach access directly in front of the unit and five minute drive to all sorts of interesting places to eat.Alicia was responsive and helpful.

Sofa and water

The sofa was so, so bad. It was broken down and lumpy to try to sit on. Very dirty and stained. Water out of tap and ice was so fishy we couldn’t use it. I am allergic to all fish, so was afraid to use it. Had to use bottled water all week. Needs filters.

Lovely get-away

Fabulous little place for a couple or small family. View was outstanding and location excellent. A 10 minute walk to Coligney and steps to the beach. The place was clean, updated, well organized, and thoughtfully stocked. Will definitely return!

Panoramic views and fab location!

We recently spent a weekend here and hated to leave! Of all the many places we’ve stayed this was the cleanest ever!! The views from the villa are amazing and we watched dolphins every day! Quiet and cozy but just a short walk or drive to the best in restaurants and shopping. Beach is gorgeous!!! And everyone we met staying there felt the same: happy and friendly environment. Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Furnishings is comfortable, bed is great too! Well stocked. And the owner was amicable and easy to work with. Will definitely want to stay here again..,longer!!!

We got questions answered promptly but theywere questions I shouldn’t have had to ask.

The TV was never fixed!!ruku only In previous rentals rwhen there were TV issues (usually SECTRUM) the property mgr was right there! NOTE: there are many, esp seniors, who’ve never heard of a ruku, much less know how to operate in integrated environment COMMUNICATION COMINICATION!!!

Needs a Refurbishment

If you're looking for a beautiful view and proximity to the beach then by all means book this condo. But if the little things matter, I would pass. By the time we made our plans there were no rooms available at the Omni for the holiday weekend. At the price of an upscale hotel, I expected better. Check in was easy and parking was fine. The building itself is really old but not a problem. The issues started when we stepped into the condo. I texted the owner that the small balcony area had not been vacuumed or swept. There was food residue everywhere: cracker crumbs, nuts, the table had not been wiped down, etc. She said the cleaners would be back the next day. Never happened. I finally grabbed a broom from the closet and did it myself. I also messaged her that the bathroom drain wasn't working. Was very embarrassed to find that it had been left in a depressed state and all I had to do was pop it up. So that was on me. But the communication around all of this, while initially good, completely stopped. Another issue was the state of the furniture. The good news is that the bed is comfortable. Bad news is that all the other furnishings need to be replaced. The couch has a big tear in it; the outdoor furniture is uncomfortable and the cushions are horribly tattered. How much would it take to replace two cushions? $30? Part of the communication issue may have been that it was over a holiday, but I still expected and deserved better. I would have rated this a 3.5 given that option.
