Wake up to beautiful views of the 9 hole executive golf course in this updated and spacious and well appointed first floor unit in a 55+ building. Start your day with a walk the beach or breakfast in the club house. This is an active lifestyle community with lots to do and enjoy. Multiple pools, newly redone tennis and pickle ball courts, clubhouse and pro shop for lessons and socializing. This home is just a ten minute drive from the world famous 5th Avenue as well as the charming Arts district. The gulf beaches are just a mile away. Enjoy covered parking, high speed WIFI, 2 smart TV's and all utilities plus the end of term cleaning fee for one monthly price. Subject to HOA approval (credit and background check. $150.00) and at least one guest must be 55 or older. Age restriction and no pet fee per the HOA. Non-smoking in or around the building.

Easy walk, bike or drive to the most gorgeous sunsets. Naples is a vibrant community with much to see and do. My husband and I like to use the grill outside or hit the early happy hour dining options. Walk to Blueberry's Restaurant or enjoy the clubhouse dining. Visit Naples farmers markets, and nature preserves. If you are interested in a trail ride in the local preservation area - I can happily refer you. We are not expert golfers, but very much enjoy our executive course. Equipment is available at the Pro shop for golf, bocce and pickleball for a nominal fee.
