530 Coastal Cabana is a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom intercoastal pool home that accommodates 10 guests. This beautiful home is right on the intercoastal waterway with a split floor plan and an open-concept living area. Welcoming feel with a Florida flare! The wall of sliding doors allows you to see the waterway and the pool from almost every room. Family and friends can gather and relax after a day of fun in the sun. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances so you can stay in and make dinner while everyone is going over the day's events. Large living area for movie night or take a beverage out to the dock and enjoy the sunsets. Coastal Cabana home also includes a 6-seater golf cart, bicycles, and fishing poles! Indian Rocks Beach is just minutes away! Take the golf cart and enjoy a day at the beach. Make memories and make this your return vacation home year after year!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/
Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Ice/water stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, wine refrigerator, 4 slice toaster, blender, coffee maker, counter with 4 barstools, and dish pantry. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Large dining table with 8 chairs.
Living Room: Sofa, 4 easy chairs, TV, gas fireplace, coffee table, 2 end tables, basket chair, bar, and console table.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, TV, floor mirror, and ensuite bathroom. There's a spiral staircase to the loft with a futon and desk w/ chair, and wine refrigerator.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Double vanity and large standing shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: King-size bed, 2 nightstands, and TV.
Bathroom #2: Single vanity and standing shower. No tub.
Bedroom #3: Full-over-full bunkbed, 2 chairs, dresser, TV, and patio door to the pool.
Bathroom #3: Full bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #4: Queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, TV & console table.
Garage: 6 seater golf cart (access provided upon signing a waiver), 4 adult bicycles, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, fishing poles, and washer & dryer
Patio Area: Heated pool, hot tub, 3 sun loungers, 2 beverage tables, dining table, and 8 chairs. The dock has 2 chairs and a table.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Golf Cart Policy: Guests must sign a safety and liability waiver before driving the golf cart. If a waiver is not completed, access instructions cannot be provided.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows for 4-5 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles.

The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with the famous Sand Key and Clearwater Beaches just to the North. Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk are to the South with plenty of local restaurants, surf shops, retail, sweet shops, and more in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
