Highly Recommend

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and really felt at home. Quail Run is a fantastic community that's a short drive to the Plaza and other places around town. We highly recommend it.

Nice and comfortable for two people

We enjoyed our stay at Quail Run. It was convenient to downtown and other areas around. The apartment was nice and comfortable for two people and met our needs.The washer, dryer and dish washer were older models.

So many amenities (unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of them). Parking spot was very convenient right next to the elevator. Working kitchen but missing some key things for cooking such as cooking oil

We appreciate the note regarding the kitchen supplies; while we do provide a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, we do not stock food items like oils or spices for health and safety reasons. We hope you have the chance to return and take full advantage of the pool and mountain views next time!

Great Location

We had a lovely time in Santa Fe. After a day of driving through the beautiful Southwest this was the perfect place to come back relax and watch the beautiful sunsets from our private balcony. The penthouse was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed having the gym to workout each morning and there is also the pool if you want to use it for a good workout. It was also nice having a good restaurant right below for days we didn’t feel like cooking.great location. Close drive to the plaza and shops. Great vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay at Quail Run. It was convenient to downtown and other areas around. The apartment was nice and comfortable for two people and met our needs.The washer, dryer and dish washer were older models. The dryer took a while to dry clothes and dishwasher was loud. It would have been nice to have a hotel cart down in the garage area to help carry our luggage and other items up to the apartment for our 6 day stay.

Highly recommend

This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe.

Significant problems with AC and TV

3 out of 5 days we had AC and TV issues. These are important aspects of a vacation stay and diminished our enjoyment. The rental manager stated there have been AC issues in that unit before. They should have been resolved before the unit was rented.
