We stayed four nights and had a great experience! The cabin is nice and beautifully secluded. Management was friendly and responsive. This was a great cabin rental experience. Beautiful views sitting on the porch sipping morning coffee, it’s quiet, is well stocked with supplies, and had plenty of room. It was also in a decent distance for going to downtown Asheville and taking some wonderful hikes in the area. Two thumbs up!

Amazing property

We really needed this getaway and this property was the best possible place we could have chosen. Beautiful location, great views, beautiful clear stars at night, and all the amenities we needed.

Everything inside was clean and tidy as described and desired! Great place to stay and I loved the overall location- Only little complaint would be the long grass that was as high as my waist that brushed up against you every time I walk-in and out of the cabin. Easy fix going forward but just thought I’d mention it to get it corrected for future guests!

Mountain Getaway

Great view and place! Close enough to Asheville to be able to enjoy a hike in the morning then go to Asheville for the afternoon/dinner.

Enjoyed our stay at this mountain cabin. Great front porch to enjoy the relaxing mountain view and peaceful nature sounds. Short drive for outings. Well stocked with basics.

An easy, convenient and comfortable stay

It was a easy, convenient and comfortable stay. The only challenge is if you are working remotely as the cabin is at the top of a mountain and wifi is slow....it works for phone and streaming, but its a challenge for file downloads and uploads.

Great place to stay

This cabin was so well equipped that felt like a home away from home. The views are spectacular. Very peaceful place! Enjoyed the BBQ and fire pit at night. The spa is also very nice. Great family vacation to relax and reconnect. I went with my husband and kids ages 18 and 21 years a old and we all would like to come back! No problem going up the road in our 4 Runner TRD! Thanks so much!

Beautiful Views, But Some Cleanliness Issues

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a few issues that could be improved. The fire pit and hot tub were fantastic, and we enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. However, the cleanliness of the property left something to be desired, especially in the master bedroom, where the mattress pad was unfortunately stained and not properly cleaned, it was actually pretty disgusting and if we would have seen that before we wouldn’t have slept in that bed, unfortunately we don’t see it until removing the bedding for check-out. Additionally, while the pictures of the house looked great, the actual condition didn’t quite live up to expectations. With a little more attention to cleanliness, this property could be a top-notch getaway.

Breathtaking Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our peaceful stay at Among the Clouds. We particularly loved the view of the mountains while relaxing on the front porch every morning. The hot tub was a refreshing aid for our tired muscles after long walks in downtown Ashville, Brevard, Hendersonville and the Biltmore Estate.The home is perfectly situated, clean, had everything we needed for comfort. The road is steep but since it's half gravel and half paved it wasn't a problem for our son's Subaru Crosstrek, although I'm not sure my car would've handled it. There's an Ingles market very close which was a huge bonus. Overall it's the views from the porch, the peace and quiet that we enjoyed most. We would not hesitate to stay here again next year!

House and view were beautiful. But the road to the house was treacherous! Very dangerous from leaf covered, trail size road. Would NOT stay there again just because of access.

The cabin was better than expected and had almost all creature comforts that any guest could need! From the simplest phone charger down to a corkscrew (thankful bc I forgot mine) the attention to detail was top notch. They even had creature comforts for the dogs. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will use them again.
