What a cute place! Very clean. Kitschy decor but cool for the area. Comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen amenities. Everything was as pictured. Nice backyard and hot tub.Entrance to the house was easy. Management provided good instructions. Communication was easy but a little delayed.The area is "mid town." Nothing is really within walking distance (except Vons), but everything is a short drive. This includes the beach and downtown (where there are great restaurants!).

Adorable house and a great location!

We had a great time on our Ventura getaway! This house is very comfortable and nicely laid out. Comfortable beds, nice linens and the backyard was such a fun spot to relax. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Get-Away

The property was exactly as it was listed. Since, we had a 21 month old with us, it was great to have such a kid friendly place to stay.

We had thee best time. Very roomy and the backyard was perfect. We used the BBq and the jacuzzi. Perfect location for everything.
