Good Morning,I wanted to share some thoughts in regards to our stay. The cabin, was beautiful, spacious, and filled with many accruements, etc. It was clean and welcoming. The setting was nothing short of spectacular.We were frustrated with lack of supplies. Only 2 pods for dishwasher, (family of 7) Only 1 kitchen wash cloth, no sponge or something with scrubber. Only a couple of garbage bags. Hard when your traveling and meeting from 3 places to bring all the supplies with. Besides that I cannot say enough good things.Also, would like to say thank you for your quick responses to my questions.

Super spacious house, very clean. Trailheads and swimming river are 8 min drive away. Brewery and gift shops close in the valley. Perfect house and perfect location for our multi generational vacation.

The house was amazing. We had such a nice time. There’s nothing like drinking a cup of coffee to a beautiful view in the morning! We even got to get a glimpse of a black bear cub. I will definitely recommend this location to more friends and family. The house was very clean, the appliances were not outdated and everything in the home worked perfectly. 10/10 experience!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the cabin was exactly as described. It was in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle.There were a few maintenance issues that I think the owners should address. We noticed ants inside the cabin during our stay, the dishwasher leaked when it was running, and the pots and pans are very worn out and could use replacing. None of these issues ruined our trip, but taking care of them would make the experience even better for future guests.Despite those concerns, we had a nice stay!

Rental and check in were easy and convenient. The views were amazing, and we had several visits over the weekend from a family of black bears. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic location away from traffic/craziness but also very close to everything!

Really enjoyed this place with the family!! Very clean/new cabin with tons of space/games and of course the hot tub! Outside of town a bit where it’s peaceful yet easy drives to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and hiking!

Great place and great time.

We had a great time in the house. Fun arcade and games for the kids and plenty of space for us all. Beautiful house and can’t beat the view and location.

This cabin was not worth the price paid. The main-floor master bed was broken on arrival, with a hole in the frame and makeshift wood supports. Although management promised repairs, no one came, and the “fix” ended up being more wood shoved underneath. My disabled parents had to sleep on uncomfortable rollaway beds for two nights since they couldn’t use the stairs. The cabin was also not properly cleaned, and the cookware was heavily scratched and unsafe, so we had to buy our own pan. The A/C stopped working one night, and while it was eventually repaired, management was initially unhelpful and hung up on us. Overall, the condition, cleanliness, and poor service did not match the cost, and we would not recommend this property AT ALL!!

Family vacation

We love the cabin. The first night we had a bear on top of our truck he did a little damage to truck bed cover and rain guard on the back window other then that the stay was wonderful.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our family stay. Plenty of room for a large family. There was 6 of us and a 2 year old. With enjoying the water park.and the surrounding activities. We had a blast. Looking forwatd to staying again soon.

Wonderful property. Super clean. Almost brand new. Will definitely stay here again in the fall. The two bears walking around next door was a plus.

One of upstairs bedrooms had alot of dead ants. Appears exterminated but no one cleaned it up. One guest found live ants in the bed. They got bitten a couple times. Cleaning crew didn’t arrive until almost 4:00 they said ICE arrested driver and confiscated their vehicle the day before so that’s why they were late to clean our cabin before we could ck in. Im frustrated you would hire illegals to clean which caused us a delay in checking in and they didn’t bother cleaning dead ants off floor. Also no one bothered to inform us the cleaning crew would be very late. I took several pictures of the ant piles of you need

Outstanding Stay

15 minutes from the Smokies National Park, great walking and hiking areas. Tons of food and coffee in the area. Close to Covenant Church which was a solid Gospel preaching church (5 minutes away). Everything was clean and everything we need was already at the house. It was well stocked for families. We will be back in the future!

Extended Family Vacation

The property was perfect for an extended family trip. We had 3 young adults and 3 couples. Bedrooms were plenty big enough for everyone and bathrooms worked out well for everyone as well. Cabin had plenty of space for everyone to be together but yet not on top of each other.

Smokey Vacation

Great cabin. There were 11 of us and it worked out nicely. All the kids were able to sleep in the bunk room downstairs. Great view. Saw a mama bear and 5 cubs and two other bears in front of the cabin and off the decks in the back. Saw two other bears too. Cabin was clean and had great amenities. We had an issue when we first checked in but was addressed immediately. A few minor suggestions but overall it was a great stay.Staff very friendly.

Beautiful cabin, housekeeping non existent.

The cabin is still pretty new, about a year old, it’s built to be a very nice place. Plenty of space, great game room, view is nice, etc. However, the place was filthy. Apparently no one is actually checking for cleanliness. We opened a drawer and the tongs for grill were laying there covered in grease. In the cabinet, coffee cups had dried coffee in them (which easily wiped out so not stains) All utensils had dried food and a film on them that had to be scrubbed to use. Toilets had rings in the bowl which again weren’t stains. Wiping down the counter tops you could see the dirt on the rags. The hot tub, which didn’t have the top secured, had a foul smell, a film floating on it, dead bugs and drink rings on the edges. No trace smell of chemicals so this wasn’t able to be used. It was towards the end when we were going to use so didn’t bother to call. Also for the number of people the cabin holds there isn’t a lot of seating in the game room and we found the furniture upstairs horribly uncomfortable, but that is an opinion. We cleaned thoroughly as best we could on arrival after a 10hr drive and before we left. We didn’t use the dishwasher so maybe people are putting stuff in there and it’s not working, idk but it looks like things were used and put right back in the drawers and cabinets. Also, VRBO listing doesn’t mention pet restrictions so if your traveling with pets, find the rental agreement before you book. Unfortunately, probably wouldn’t book this one again.
