Afton Bliss is the perfect space for a family getaway, wedding guests, girls' weekend, or trip with friends! Situated right off Nelson 151 less than1/2 mile from Brewing Tree Beer Co. & close to wedding destinations-vineyards. This home sleeps 10 with 2.5 bathrooms, converted garage game room & outdoor firepit. Stay-in or take a short drive to explore the outdoors and all that Nelson County has to offer.
The layout and details of Afton Bliss are laid out below:
LIVING ROOM - Large, open living area with sectional seating (seating for 6-8), 2 chairs, large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and games.
KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances (please note that the range is gas), eat-in dining space with seating for 8, WFH desk space, and coffee bar (drip coffee maker).
BATHROOM 1 - Half bath located off of the kitchen.
GAME ROOM - Converted garage (does not have heating or air, space heaters and fans provided, or open the garage door to enjoy the outdoors) with pool table, seating area for 7-9, giant jenga, and bean bag toss game.
SECOND FLOOR:
BEDROOM 1 - Queen bed, Full over Full bunk beds, large walk-in closet with additional folding mattress, console with electric fireplace, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom.
BATHROOM 2 - Full bathroom with combination shower/tub
BEDROOM 2 - King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, and full closet.
BATHROOM 3 - Located between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, full bathroom with combination shower/tub
BEDROOM 3 - Queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, and 2 closet spaces.
LAUNDRY - Laundry closet with washer and dryer located in hallway.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
OUTDOOR - Seating area provided on front porch with firepit and Adirondack chairs located in the yard between the house and additional garage accessory building.
PETS - Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with $100 fee. No cats, subject to fine.
Parking available onsite (gravel driveway and walkway)
