Walk to chair lifts/gondola/restaurants/shops. Ski-out via Oxford ski-way to the Elkhorn Lift or a short walk to chair 6/Centennial Express or Childrens Gondola/ski school. Ski in for lunch or at the end of the day and relax in the hot tub!
This penthouse unit is on the Southwest corner of Townsend Place, which provides ample natural light from the extra windows. Private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath. Walk-out to all the shops, restaurants, ice rink, ski school, ski lifts, and Vilar Center of the Performing Arts, play ground for kids 50 ft away, overlooking the creek. A+ location and views. Be in the center of the action!
In the summertime you are right next to Beaver Creek Golf Course (you can book tee times for this golf club by staying here), hiking trails, biking trails, miniature golf, kids trampolines, slack lines, Corn hole, climbing walls.
