Great location in the north end of Oceanside, just minutes from the main gate of Camp Pendleton. This resort has nice amenities, such as workout/exercise room, access to laundry, nice pools, access to BBQ grills, onsite parking, on the beach. This particular condo is great with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in a nice loft layout. The balcony and rooftop deck are great! The unit was clean, plenty of towels and bedding, and updated bathrooms. It does need a little TLC with some painting and kitchen updating. But overall it was a good place to stay!

The location was amazing! The only draw back was there was no AC, so nights were really hot. We did open the doors, with the screens shut, and let the fans run. That did help. All in all the location was so great! Right by the beach! If I'm going to California, I want to stay where I can see the beach from my room, and this place was great for that! :)

This condo was extremely convenient and easy access to the beach! It had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms - beds were comfortable, and they had multiple floor pans for use if you wanted which was amazing. The bathrooms need some work, as the paint is peeling throughout and looks fairly rough. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great and the property is well kept. The beach is so close, with bathroom/shower access available. Everything is within walkable distance. The pool and hot tubs great. Laundry available was nice. Had the loft with two decks overlooking the beach. So pretty. Came 25 years ago. Enjoyed it just as much as an adult.

Great little spot. It was just steps to the ocean, nice pool and spa. The pier was in easy walking distance as was downtown. Just the right amount of communication from the owners. Would stay again.

We can stay was great, the property was as advertised, there is an ocean view, short walk to the pier and to the restaurants north at the harbor. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfort and Spacious

Beautiful views of the ocean off of both decks. I love this location and will definitely stay here again. Large enough for 6 people to stay with 2 queen beds and a king bed in the room upstairs. Enjoyed the beach, pool and spa. I also love the tranquility and landscape of North Coast Village.

Seaside Sanctuary

So hard to say goodbye to this place! Loved every aspect of it! The place, amenities, proximity to beach, restaurants, etc. Definitely recommend! We will be back!

Incredible Oceanside Getaway

This rental was the perfect coastal escape! The ocean view was breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. The location couldn't have been better - we were just a short walk from both the beach and the harbor, making it easy to explore the area. The property itself was fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Our unit was within walking distance to the beach, had beach views from the windows and balcony, had ample room for all of us, was clean and comfortable - in short, there was nothing any of us would change about our stay. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

It was great and location had great access to beach and short walk to the pier and drive to harbor. Only bummers were this unit was not in the main complex of the property the koi pond was sad with 1 dead koi floating and looked under construction. the

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect. We have stayed at North Coast Village many times but never in Building A. We could hear the ocean at night and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.
