This is our second year staying at this home. First things that come to mind: front entrance has many lights for a safe entrance to the home especially since we always arrive during the nighttime, immaculate inside, comfortable place to relax, very quiet even though the road can be busy.

The house was clean and delightful. The living areas are spacious. Lisa is friendly. The property is beautiful with wonderful views. It was convenient to beaches, Portsmouth, The Word Barn, and Exeter. I hope to return soon.

Lovely home, inviting and clean! The kids enjoyed the property and our roommates the chickensLocation was great to drive to Tye and Portsmouth. Communication with the property owners was great!

The property was perfect for our needs, very clean, nicely appointed, just note you need to drive everywhere, not really walking distance, this was not a problem for us, but future renters should take into consideration

This property was well-maintained, exceptionally clean, and highly comfortable. The decor was pleasant and tastefully minimal, creating a relaxing environment. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook a meal, and the location was incredibly convenient. We were just a short distance from the beach and local restaurants, with plenty to see and do nearby. We only wish we had more time to explore!

This property was excellent! Great location for our home base to travel to the beach/coast, cute little towns for shopping, Stonecrest Farm for amazing produce, the Kancamagus trail, and even a jaunt to Maine. Would 100% stay here again!

This is a cute home that is decorated nicely. There was a lot of “unusable” space. Putting a comfy chair in the “sunroom/entrance” area for reading or even adding another sofa in the living room area to allow more people to stretch out would be a nice touch. The bathroom was on the smaller side but it was sufficient. I personally don’t think this should be listed as 2 bathrooms as the second one is in the basement but not in an actual room with a separate door (we didn’t use it). As a previous reviewer stated, you will have to drive to get to anything. Also, note that this is on a busy road so you will hear traffic and you need to use caution when pulling out as it’s on a bit of blind spot. The house was fairly clean but on our second to last day we went to use the microwave and there was a cup of coffee in it. Just for reference- the beds are quite firm and one bed is quite high (as a short person I’m glad that both beds weren’t that high). A general note that applies to all of the home rentals - I feel that if you’re charging a cleaning fee, there should not be a list of things to be done on checkout (stripping down beds, emptying trash, etc. - that’s what a cleaning fee should cover). Overall, it fit the need, no major complaints (just trying to give info that I would appreciate knowing).

The additional basement bathroom is primarily for the owner and employees, though guests may use it when accessing the laundry area if desired. Regarding stripping the bedding at checkout, this helps our team quickly identify used linens and ensure they are washed and replaced before the next guest arrives. This is a very quaint cozy clean home, kitchen has everything we needed for our stay. Very safe because the outside was well lit when we entered at night. The first morning I looked out the back window I saw two deer jumping over some brush in the field! Our host was easily available for any questions that we had prior to our stay.

Our stay at Lisa’s charming farm in North Hampton, New Hampshire, was absolutely wonderful! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning fall foliage that truly took our breath away. The location offered perfect privacy, yet it was just a short drive to nearby cities, attractions, and the beach. The scenic drives alone were worth the trip!Lisa is an incredible host. From the hand-painted rocks and festive pumpkins placed around the property to the handmade soaps in the bathroom, every thoughtful detail made our stay feel special. We don’t have basements in Texas, so getting to explore one was a fun bonus!My husband and I spent most of our time outside, completely enchanted by the landscape; from the soft grass I could lay in for hours to the treetops painting the sky. This place is truly a hidden gem, made even better by the warmth and care of the perfect host. We can’t wait to return!

Within 2 minutes of entering the property my 5 year old grandson fell down the basement steps. The door opens in, and it was not bolted. Fortunately, he was not seriously hurt.I specifically asked for a bathroom with a tub so my grandson could take a bath. I was told by the host that it was there. There was no plug for the drain. The second bath was in the basement and was rudimentary. A photo of the second bath is attached. It is very near a Rte 95 overpass, but with the windows closed you can't hear the traffic. It is very cute. Lots of hearts, chickens, cows and flowers. The farm fresh eggs are a plus. The apple tree had delicious apples.A hair dryer would have been nice. We had difficulty with the lock and code. We have these installed at our home but a different type. The hostess helped with the pushbutton door lock issues and responded promptly. The beds are comfortable and the pillows firm. Be sure to type in North Hampton when you enter the search into your GPS.

We are pleased to learn that your grandson did not suffer any harm. We will stress to our crew the significance of maintaining a closed door. Had we had prior knowledge, we would have informed you of the new plug's location in the toiletries supply closet. The images you posted depict the utility washroom in the basement, which is not part of the listing and is primarily for employee use, but guests may also utilize it. The bathroom image in the listing is accurate.
