We’re truly sorry the hot tub never worked during your stay despite your call on the first day, that the indoor jetted tubs were also non-functional, and that the pool table was outdated with broken sticks and balls. Those amenities should have been in working order, and we apologize for the disappointment.We’ve already scheduled repairs and replacements for the hot tub, jetted tubs, and pool table equipment so future guests don’t experience the same issues.Thank you for the honest feedback.
