Family vacation

The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful. We played ping pong every day and had a lot of laughs while playing. The gated community was very quiet. Beautiful home.

Great house and location! The golf cart was nice getting us to the beach and back. The only issue with the beach is that we weren’t aware that you had to access public beach and not go through Frangista owners beach access. This only confused us because in this neighborhood we’ve always accessed the beach through the private gate entrance. There is no foosball table which was disappointing as our family was looking forward to that. Overall this house is perfect for families and proximity to lots of things!!

House had plenty of space for 12 of us. Hot tub was spacious as well. Kids loved the ping pong table and golf cart rides. Golf cart was convenient to go to the beach. Neighborhood was nice to walk in the mornings. The couch in the living room is HUGE.

Absolutely amazing home. Had everytning we needed for a family of 10. From space for the kids to hang out to a kitchen full of everything you can think of. Will definitely be back.

Couldn’t be better!

Tailwinds was a short golf cart ride to the beach, and with the provided golf cart- made it even easier. The house was extremely clean, and had many amenities for our group! We truly appreciated the very clear communication leading up to our stay as well- it made our trip smooth and seamless!

Employee Golf Trip

We take our employees on a golf trip every year. This house was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, plenty of room to watch football games, and a great outdoor area.

Most amazing vacation home!

Amazing house, in a great neighborhood. Super close to the beach where you could easily walk but they even gave a golf cart which was fun to have. House was spotless when we checked in and host checked in with us daily if we needed anything! Beds were comfortable. Chairs, umbrella, coolers provided for our use. Would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful home, fantastic location!

The home was just as pictured in the listing! The home is a short walk to the beach or the golf cart was great to have to take the family and gear down to the beach. Alex was quick to respond to any questions! We would stay again when visiting this area.

Roomy clean family hangout.

This was a beautiful property that met all our expectations. More than enough room for our 12 teens and adults. The golf cart was an added bonus that allowed us to explore more easily. Well stocked kitchen and large family room with a giant comfortable couch allowed us to hang out all together on nights we were home.

Miramar Beach

The house was spacious and lovely with a ton of amenities. The kitchen was great - well stocked with just about everything you need! And the pots and pans were high quality and in good shape. I highly recommend this house for family get togethers; we stayed in most days to play games, do puzzles, cook out, and enjoy the fire pit. One of our favorites now!!!

Convenient and relaxing

Photos are very accurate on this amazing property. The hot tub is top of the line and super relaxing. We enjoyed the luxuries of home and the convenient location to either Destin or Santa Rosa. This is an excellent property close to the public access beach and we would definitely stay here again. The ease of check in and out was great and we even had Justin text us upon arrival and let us know he was only a text away if we needed him. Alex was also super helpful through email.

Family Vacation 2025

This house is amazing!! So spacious! The photos do not do it justice. Not only is the house nice but the furnishings and kitchen equipment are just as top notch. Alex was also extremely nice, helpful and prompt to work with. He messaged me during our stay making sure everything was good and even though we had no issues, I knew he was just a message away. We would definitely stay here again:)

Great place

I recently stayed at Tailwinds and my family, and I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well decorated making it a comfortable place to relax. The amenities were top-notch. The pool area and golf cart were also a highlight it allowed us to go places as a family and made going to the beach quick. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always ready to assist with any needs or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend Tailwinds for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made my family and I visit truly memorable.

HIDDEN GEM

THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL!! EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! ALL THE APPLIANCES WERE TOP-OF-THE-LINE INCLUDING THE CUTLERY. NOT TOO FAR FROM THE BEACH AT ALL. The kids ENJOYED THE GAMING TABLES. THE ONLY SMALL DISADVANTAGE WAS NO PRIVATE POOL. BUT THE COMMUNITY POOL WAS NEAR AND GREAT. WE LUV IT

Nice property!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Exactly as pictured, very clean! The pool is just down the street and around the corner from the house. We didn't spend much time at the pool but it was nice and secluded. The golf cart was nice and a must for our group of 7 with 2 older members in our party. The walk to the public beach was not an option especially in the July heat. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms shared a shower. Each bedroom had a toilet and vanity area that were separate, but the shower was in between the bedrooms and was shared. Not a deal breaker, but we missed that in the description of the property. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful 60th birthday beach bash

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at tailwinds in Miramar Beach. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. I brought a few items with me that I thought I would need, but they were already available at the home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was very quiet for the amount of people. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was so easy to get to the beach with the golf cart that was provided. The backyard is fenced in however there is no no grass for dogs. That walking the dog in the neighborhood was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.
