Looking for a luxurious quick getaway? This one-bedroom condo in a high-rise building has got you covered with all the amenities you need. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or business travelers. Take in the stunning views of Kitchener from your private balcony, whip up a delicious meal in your fully equipped kitchen and unwind in the open-concept living area while watching shows on the smart TV. You'll also have a complimentary access to a variety of building amenities.

The Space:
This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time.

The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The Living Room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking.

Station Park features unique amenities such as fitness area with gym equipment, yoga/pilates studio and Peloton studio, private hydro pool, swim spa and hot tub, dog washing station, a jam room, an arcade hall, and an outdoor terrace with BBQ’s and private, bookable cabanas for when the warm weather returns.

At Station Park, you not only benefit from a variety of onsite amenities, but also an ever-evolving downtown of incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities to explore. Though set to be a destination within the community itself, Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. Parking:
•There is on-site private parking for $15 with in & out access. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. There are two cameras that will scan the vehicle's license plate number and once registered, you will have access automatically. There is also on-site public parking for $34 with in & out access, you only need to tap your credit card to gain access and exit. Both parking is located between the two towers, underneath the building.

• You will have exclusive access to the unit.
• Email is required for building registration. You will need to present a QR code to Concierge to gain access to the unit

• Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.

• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.

• Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool is currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvinience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.


1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Disruption should be minimal.
