My wife and I booked this beautiful home for our close friend’s 30th birthday, and we were absolutely blown away! The booking and check-in process were incredibly simple, and the host made himself available for any and all questions.The entire house was immaculate. There were 10 of us and one toddler, and everyone raved about having their own space. We all felt and slept like royalty. I honestly just kept saying, “Wow!” We kept discovering new bells and whistles throughout our stay.The beach was just minutes away on foot, but honestly, I didn’t want to leave the property. The indoor jacuzzi, steam room, big-screen cinema, private pool and spa, and top notch TVs throughout the house were amazing. The pool was the perfect temperature and perfectly maintained. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the balcony overlooking the pool with speakers made for the perfect first NFL Sunday!This home is perfect for families, friend groups, or both. The neighborhood was amazing, we felt safe the entire time, and every worker we encountered was extremely polite and professional.Thank you for giving my friends and family an experience that brought us even closer together. They’re amazing people and truly deserved this.10/10. We absolutely loved it! One toddler, two thumbs up! The only hard part was leaving.

Thanksgiving with family

The house was nice and spacious with a good set up. The property itself was pretty tired and had a lot of broken items. It also was not as clean as I would have expected.

Beach getaway

The owner was very nice but the house had several issues. There were 7 TV's and only two worked and were hooked up. And the one of the two, in the master bedroom, you couldn't change the channel. The jets in the hot tub did not work at all. They tried to charge us to heat the hot tub, $95 a day, which thankfully they didnt. The skimmer basket of the pool was full of leaves, day one. The bathroom sink downstairs was slow draining, due to a previous person's whisker hairs. The master shower upstairs was also slow to drain. The AC was set to 78, which we were incapable of adjusting ourselves.; That was remedied our final day. We had to take previous guests trash out which was four outdoor cans full. Not even our trash AT ALL. one set of towels were slightly damp at check in. Which we arrived at 4:20 and check in was at 4. The theater room was not hooked up at all. And they advertised a theatre room which would have been nice since our final stay, it rained. Location was great, the free trolley was great that took us into town, and the decor was perfect and tastefully done. The place was very clean except the pool area could have been tidied up and leaves blown, pool vacuumed etc. the location was perfect and also a nice upscale neighborhood. I would stay there again if the property manager got all these things up to speed. If he were the renter, I'm sure he would be dissatisied

This place is amazing. We went to the beach every day which is a 3 min walk from the house. We have 4 kids and they played hide and seek, basketball in the pool and watched movies at night. The place has a projector in the basement and the kids loved it. The basement also had a refrigerator and cabinets making it convenient for the pool. Toys in the garage it was great. The neighborhood is very quiet and the newborns were really nice. The AC worked great and the place was very clean. We didn’t contact the host but we received messages several times with an intro and just checking up on us to see if we needed anything. I believe this place is a great deal. Would recommend to everyone.

This house was perfect for our family of 12! Great spaces for grandkids to have there own area to chill with big screen TV! There was a small issue with pool when we arrived but the owner readily took care of the issue! He sent Alex to get the pool corrected and a pool cleaner! Leah who was doing property management was great to see that everything was as it needed to be!! Siesta Key beach was our favorite and Turtles restaurant didn’t disappoint! Thank you Patrick for a great 9 days at your home!!!!
