The Teal Door is the TOP FLOOR UNIT that is situated a block off of the main road running through the heart of CB. You'll enjoy a quiet night's rest while still close to all CB has to offer!

A little far away from beach... loved the house

We kept blowing the fuses but we had a wonderful time... wish we were there longer!!!

We enjoyed our stay a lot!! Adorable cottage with a great location in a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from CB boardwalk and beach! Many evenings spent walking to eat dinner, getting icecream or going to the beach. Sitting under the covered porch for early morning coffee or during rain was so relaxing. We couldn't ask for better communication with the host!

We had a great time staying here with family. The front porch was our favorite feature of this property. We loved to enjoy our early mornings and evenings out there. The only complaint we had was the bedroom off the living room smelled strongly of animal pee. Other than that we had a great time.

Great location

Location was great really close to town and beach but still in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was plenty big enough and plenty of air conditioning. Was walking distance to nearly all major attractions. My only minor complaint would be it did list there was a dishwasher and there was not one.

Family getaway

Amazing stay overall! We had a small problem with some ants in the kitchen but the rental property handled it perfectly and came out to spray 20 minutes after I called. Also the parking situation was a little difficult for us as we were driving a large SUV but they helped us make it work! I definitely recommend this property to any families staying in the area as it was family friendly and in a great location! Thank you for the amazing vacation!

The location was definitely the best part of our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed, which made getting around very convenient.Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was dirt on the living room floor and in the bathroom when we arrived. The A/C units also struggled to keep the house cool, and the bathtub drained very slowly. We made it work and still enjoyed our trip, but the property could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance before guests arrive.

Thank you for your feedback. We'll share it with our staff. It does look like pest control entered the unit after the cleaning team on that day. We receive a 4hr window for their arrival. The bath tub drain was cleared after you vacated, for being slow. I'm sorry that wasn't recognized before your arrival. I'm not certain if you had the AC on the wrong function? They seem to be holding just fine, even with our 105 heat waves. We would have been happy to assist you, had we known. When you encounter challenges during a reservation, it's helpful to inform your hosts, even if it's at checkout. Waiting 2 weeks for your information in your review to post, doesn't help us address your concerns.
