I selected this listing because it was within 10 minutes of my reunion location.The location and home are unremarkable from the outside (which is exactly what I was looking for). However, entering the house, we were met with an interior entirely as advertised. Several of my guests were unable to attend and were sorry they missed the opportunity to spend time with us and enjoy the pool. The pool was amazing. It is quickly warmed by the sun and my family truly enjoyed it. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. Designed for takeout or really simple meals. Overall, if my reunion is in town again and my family decides to come, I'll look for this listing because it was great.

2nd year staying at this property for our conference. It was just as great ascthe last time. This is our go to place when we are in the area.

The house was fabulous. Very clean and modern, with very nice bathrooms, the kids loved the fancy toilets and the showers had awesome water pressure. The property manager was very prompt in answering questions. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely come back and stay there again.

The house was mostly as described, but it is very important to note that the owner lives inside the property. He lives in the basement that looks out into the pool area. When booking I verified that we had the entire house booked; as the property has the option to rent the rooms out individually. So naturally I was under the impression that we would not have other people on the property. That was not the case, it made swimming especially with children feel a little uneasy. There were less bath towels than guests and no towels for the pool. Also the kitchen is extremely limited. Not equipped for cooking at all, and only has enough dining ware for about 6 people. Overall the house was okay but we did have to go buy towels, cooking supplies, cups, plates, silverware, a hair dryer, pillows etc.

Quite appreciative of your validation of the house as described. It is untrue that the owner lives in the basement apartment. The basement is listed separately; therefore, the pool and outdoor grill were listed as common facilities. Obviously, you did not pay attention to the rules and other information contained in the listing. Every item, such as utensils, etc provided was listed, while those items, such as condiments and foodstuffs, were expressly listed as unavailable. Sorry, your comments were therefore undesirable. I suspect you had more than the number of guests you declared. Please always read the info provided

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Grace Villa! We loved the grill, pool and quiet location. The house accomodated our family of 10 easily. We would have liked to have been made aware there were guests/residents in the lower apartment. That was the only reason we didn't give 5 stars.

Family Reunion

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. There was more than enough space to house 9 people comfortably. The pool made it even better because it was 90 degree weather just about everyday. It was close to my family that live in Baltimore, as we were there for a family reunion, and everything else that I needed and wanted to do. I would definitely rent again, the host Roski was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Absolutely LOVED IT

Me and family were visiting the area due to a death in the family. I want somewhere for me and my family to stay that felt welcoming and safe. This location was everything I wanted and more. The neighborhood was so quiet. The house is very clean and decorated very well. I felt in love with this home. I need another visit to the area, just so I can come visit this property again.

Harassment from the Landlord

The Landlord stayed downstairs at the property and kept communicating with us to keep quiet. We were in town for my daughter’s graduation so the noise was not even loud.

The landlord does not stay downstairs. The guests were nonchalant and failed to obey the quiet time rule.

Family Funeral

My family was in town for my son's funeral service. He, 23yrs old, was active duty army sgt who passed away while on deployment overseas. Grace Villa was the only 5 bedrm property large enough for 10 people to stay comfortably. The home was exactly as described in the listing, very clean. The house can sleep 15 guests easily but the kitchen was not equipped with adequate dishware, cookware, it lacked basic utensils required for cooking. That was challenging.

I do want to say for the little time we actually spent there, it it had everything we needed (for the most part). The host was responsive with all communications. With that being said, our first night there was a chilly one. I inquired the next morning as to spare blankets or comforters for the beds and was told by the host that there were none. We were disappointed by this. And while we didn't use the pool or grill due to the little time we spent there, I feel it's a little tacky to charge guests separately for their use. Overall, it was an ok experience, but we likely would not stay here again.

Family get together

Our stay included parents, 2 married children and 6 grandchildren from out of state. We were visiting additional married child and grandchild who live in Elderburg. Grandchildren all enjoyed ping pong and room to have fun together and play games. Parents and grandparents enjoyed being able to put children to bed and not have to be in room with them (as we would in hotel) so we could also enjoy time together. House was clean and as depicted in pictures. Being close to winter, we did not use back yard, pool or grill. Would happily stay again if we are all visiting daughter's family at the same time.

Perfect Stay - Highly Recommend This Home!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at The Grace Villa and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The house was clean, beautifully designed, and spacious, and it felt like a true home away from home. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal. Roski was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The amenities were top-notch. The only disadvantage was the pillows in the master suite. Better quality pillows would have made for better sleeping. My husband and I tossed a lot because the pillows did not support us comfortably. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Reistertown, MD. Thank you, Roski, for a wonderful experience

Nice house, but not as advertised. It said it could accommodate up to 15 guests, which it could not. There were 2 sofa beds and a murphy bed listed on the listing, which were not there. When I inquired about it the host just denied them being on the listing, suggested we use recliner chairs as beds, and then stopped responding. I was so embarrassed having invited people on this trip and promised them beds. There were also no sheets for the sofa beds they did have, and not enough towels. We had to purchase sheets, towels, and an air bed to accommodate the number of people we had booked with.

Nice place but unfortunately a few surprises

The dishwasher doesn’t work, realized that after loaded it already, asked the property manager and told us unfortunately no one will come to help. So we unloaded it and did dishes manually. For some reason when we came back from dinner the first night, we came in to find blasting music on in the living room, while no one was supposed to be in there when we were gone.

However, I was taken aback by your disappointment about my inability to send in a handyman to come fix the dishwasher, late into the night. Sorry, there was no way I could have made that possible and just like I have responded when you reported it, I apologize once again. Secondly, I was shocked to read about your suspicion about someone coming into the apartment to operate the sound system while you were out. Unfortunately, you never reported this incident to me. All I can tell straight away is that that was an impossible situation. Nobody else except you and I have the access code to the house and I live miles away from the house. So, that must have been a mystery! I wish it was reported and I would have been able to investigate it immediately. All the same, I apologize for your concerns and thank you for your patronage and look forward to hosting you again. Roski.

We had a great weekend for a pair of shows at Merriweather!!! Enjoyed the pool and had plenty of space for everyone on our crew. Kitchen is pretty sparse on supplies, including basics like silverware. Was not enough of an issue to deter a great time, however!! Thanks so much for flexible check in and quick responses to our Qs.

This house was perfect for a large family gathering! We had family come to Reisterstown from a few states for a celebration of life and found this to be the perfect spot for us. The price was very reasonable, the location was perfect for us, and we had just the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 adults and 2 kids. The space was great for socializing, with a few comfortable seating areas, the clean pool, and a lovely deck to hang out on. The kitchen was also nice and large which was great. Would recommend!
