The property was in an excellent location and just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and the kitchen and bathroom well stocked.

Super easy walk to the beach that would have been difficult to get consistent parking at. Great location as a base for exploring lake Tahoe area and we frequently strolled from the house to the beach. Fully stocked with so many thoughtful extras. Beach chairs and umbrellas for use made beach days relaxing and easy.

Great cabin. Loft bed a little steep climb on ladder especially going down! Slept well in loft but would recommend fire extinguisher on wall upstairs. Host thought of everything in kitchen & bathroom. Excellent location. Lots of fun at brewery. Mexican market made fantastic breakfast burritos and White caps pizza was awesome. Bus system free and convenient and very nice drivers. Truly enjoyed our stay, thank you...

The family and I loved our stay in the cabin. My wife loved the fresh modern style of the cabin and I loved the proximity to the main street in Kings Beach and Northstar.

We LOVED this place!! The host provided extra toiletries you night forget, welcome snacks, and other little helpful things. We loved the coffee bar! The Roku tv worked great and our baby was super comfy resting on the many blankets :). Super super cute (clearly renovated very well), amazing shower, clear instructions on how to work all appliances, and overall great place. Had a handful of spiders in the place but hey, when in Tahoe! :) location also AMAZING! Loved it. 10/10.

Andrea is very communicative and accommodating. We loved the place for our family of 4. Our kid especially loved the loft which was a perfect hideout for them. We were surprised and pleased with the size of the kitchen and the snacks and amenities provided. It was a very comfortable stay for us. Thanks again Andrea!

This is such a cute place. The pictures do not do it justice. Inside is decorated like a beach house. The main bedroom was a great size and the loft slept two comfortably. The location is ideal. We could walk to the beach and restaurants in two minutes. The owner is awesome and responds to messages quickly. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

My family of 3 stayed at this top notch, adorable cottage near everything Kings Beach!! We were so impressed by how clean & comfortable this location was! Andrea was quick to respond to anything we needed. She provided EVERYTHING you could possibly need... there was a big assortment of yummy snacks on the kitchen island, there were plenty of toiletries to last our trip. She even had qtips, tampons, face rounds, an emergency kit, charging cords for your phone, sticky notes in desk drawers if needed. The bed was super cozy & our 9 year old son loved sleeping up in the loft. It was his very own fun space. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants & had a Safeway right down the street. We also are so thankful we had beach chairs & an umbrella to take to Sand Harbor! Made our day so much more enjoyable! We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the cozy living room (had to laugh as we're from Fl where its 90 degrees & here we are enjoying the warmth of a fire in June)!! Our son enjoyed playing with the large connect four out back, so much so we ended up buying one when we got back home. We can't thank you enough Andrea for our perfect stay!

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The thoughtful basket of goodies, on the kitchen island, the home clean and cozy on arrival. The downstairs bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very small, yet all of my husband and my toiletries all fit in the space. The two sofas very comfortable and enough space in the living room for yoga or an at home workout. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a meal each day of our stay. The lake, restaurants and shops all walking withinwalking distance. The only item missing, is a vacuum cleaner and I say this as a clean freak. I like to keep things tidy no matter where I stay. We were able to hike several trails during our stay. We want to thank Andrea for all of her kind and thoughtful hospitality. We look forward to returning.

This was the most amazing cabin! The feeling of the cabin itself is amazing and very calming, exactly what you want in Tahoe. The owner was super available and responded immediately to any questions. Check in was easy and there were no check out instructions like some places have you do a million things (we still did all of those things even though it wasn’t asked but just because we were so appreciative of our experience). I stay in a lot of VRBO’s and this one BY FAR surpasses any that I have been! Literally EVERYTHING was stocked and even things you wouldn’t think of needing, they had! Even the toilet paper was nice! The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could need. The backyard is huge and has fun patio lights! The front porch was the perfect place for an evening cocktail while enjoying the beautiful Tahoe weather. The location is perfect!! I am a semi-local as I live just down the hill in Reno, so I am very familiar with the area and you literally cannot get a better location for King’s Beach than here! Seriously only a block from the beach! And from all the shops! We will be returning regularly and will have this be our new go-to for our staycations. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!
