Pet Policy: If you're bringing a pet, please note that pets should not be left unattended in the unit. Guests are responsible for any pet-related accidents, stains, or damage to the flooring, carpets, furniture, and beds during their stay.

Guests' pets may use the fenced backyard. Note there are squirrels and birds in the yard, and a neighbor's cat sometimes passes through the yard.

Feel free to dine outside in the backyard at the small outdoor dining table with two tall chairs.
Guests do not have access to the thermostat, which is located upstairs. If you find the temperature too cold, please inform us, and we'll adjust the heat accordingly. Furthermore, we provide a portable heater and electric blanket for your comfort, along with portable fans for the warmer summer months.
