Your home away from home is located in the quiet seaside community, Lordship, Stratford. The property sleeps 5 comfortably and features 2 good size bedrooms as well as a queen pull out couch. There are two large living areas with a desk and a tv. The bathroom is brand new and features a rain shower and marble topped vanity. The brand new eat in kitchen features a gas stove and is fully equipped. There is also ample closet and storage space. AC in all the rooms and gas heat. All rooms tastefully appointed, plenty of natural light.

The property is located on a quiet street in a dog friendly neighborhood. Deli and pizza shop just a stones throw away, 2 restaurants down the street by our sea wall along the shore. Access to public and private beaches, tennis courts, playgrounds, and convenient shops within 3 miles.

Extra amenities: bikes, kayaks, stroller, pack n play baby bed, high chair, beach chairs, cooler, beach toys. Garden. On street parking in front of property.

The home was very nice. Plenty of space for the two of us, in fact more than enough. It is within walking distance from a small market and more importantly to the Sound. There are a couple of restaurants on the water which are also a very short walk from the home. It also serves as a good jumping off point for the surrounding towns, including Milford. The proximity to the LI Ferry was also a big plus.

Greta and guest were very communicative and direct. Their plans and stay worked seamlessly. They were very clean and tidy and went above and beyond in terms of guest etiquette.

Chaja was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Her place in Lordship was perfect! Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and had with all the amenities.I will definitely stay at Chaja’s in the future and recommend you do too.

While I would rate Chaja, the host, a 10 for responsiveness, the location a 10 for its neighborhood, nearby restauraunts and close walk to the beach, and the cleanliness of the home a 9, I would give the Lordship Charmer home an overall rating of a 7. I thought I was reserving and paying for a single family home. It wasn't until check-in that we learned that the home is owner occupied, with a separate entrance to the house. Chaja and her family are lovely and kind, but the description of this Vrbo should disclose that it is also owner occupied.

Lovely Lordship Location!

Great area - we stayed to be close to family. Very walkable. Deli and Pizzeria a block away. Chaja was so very friendly and responsive! No issues whatsoever with check-in or the property. Would happily stay here again!!

Lordship is a special place

The corner market is nearby, with great food and coffee. Beach is a short walk, with a beautiful view of the sound. Cool pubs walking distance too. We enjoyed our stay in Lordship, a town within a town as they say.

Family beach getaway

The location was ideal for making you feel like you live in a small beach town. The coner store is 5 houses down where we got coffee, fresh bagels, western breakfast sandwiches and any drink you can want every morning. Right next door is where we ended the day with hot pizza, cannolis and ice cream. Everyone was so friendly we spent most days at the beach with family who live in Lordship and had amazing weather. The hosts were so friendly and willingnto help us get anything we needed. House was perfect for our family, clean and had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!
