Palace offers a large 33-foot private pool with a hot tub built in, an amazing 5 hole putting green, fire pit and seating All in an amazing private courtyard, as well as a fire pit on the deck upstairs with incredible views. Other amenities avaiable are a wet bar, 6 bedrooms, pool table, retro video games, old school record player, a beautiful large outdoor balcony to entertain, and much, much more! This home sleeps 22 people very comfortably, 5 King bedroom suites and a Bunkroom with 6 Queens and 2 bathrooms. This makes a total of 11 beds and 7.5 bathrooms. The community offers 2 large pools and a 30+ people Hot Tub. 2 large parks with 2 pickle ball courts. It also provides a nice picnic area and a gorgeous front fountain. We are minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir & Quail Creek Reservoir. Zion National Park is 30 minuets to the main gate. Other amazing national parks within a hour and half, North Rim Grand Canyon, Bryce National Park, Cedar Breaks. Also, with in an hour and a half is Brian Head Ski Resort. The Palace is in the perfect central location for so many activities. You will not be disappointed!!
