Very, very nice folks that own this property. We had some minor issues that were taken care of immediately. Great location, nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we get back their way.

Summer fishing trip

This was hands down one of the best houses we’ve stayed at in our 14 years of visiting. The house was perfect and the owners communication was fantastic.

Bay view

It was a nice property in a nice setting. We had a few hiccups that were taken care of immediately by the owner. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The house was great!! The location was wonderful!Suggestion: Safety handles would be nice to have in the middle bathroom. Beside the commode and inside the shower. My mom is 87 years old and those handles would've been nice for her to use. She loved your house!!! She also made a comment that she could just stay there. Lol..... We were down for a wedding at the Lighthouse. It was great!!

Charming home in PSJ

We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a home in PSJ. The modern flare to the older home was a perfect combo and the house felt so clean. My mother enjoyed spending every minute she could on the porch watching the water in the distance and listening to the birds as she sipped her coffee. The house is so close to all the restaurants but you could also cook as the kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils and appliances...more than we've seen in other VRBO's. Loved the little addition of makeup wipes, cotton balls and swabs in the bathrooms as well. Towels were big and fluffy! Beds were comfy! Stop looking, this is the place :-)

Historic Charm Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico

Absolute Perfection! I booked this trip for Thanksgiving for me and my family, 4 adults and a 5 y/o. We were meeting several other families staying in the area we hadn’t seen in years. I was already excited from the online pictures but when we walked in.. WOW.. the wood floors, the decor, just in general the amount of space.. indoor and outdoor.. the kitchen was also so spacious..it was just incredible . We loved having a game table, the sitting area was nice too.. and the front porch, I could rock in the chairs all day and never get tired of looking at the Gulf of Mexico, what a view! And it really is just a 5 min walk to the water. I really could go on. I can’t wait to come back…

This is an older home with a lot of character, and it’s been set up thoughtfully for a relaxed, easy stay. Between the comfortable indoor spaces and the porches and backyard outside, it’s a great spot - especially if you’re traveling with a dog.Inside, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home, and the grill is there for easy dinners. The family room furniture is comfortable, and the showers have excellent water pressure with very hot water.The porches are awesome for morning coffee or winding down in the evening, and the fenced-in backyard makes it especially dog friendly.The location is another big plus: the town is walkable with lots of restaurants and shops, and there’s a small beach nearby for quick trips to the water. You’re also close to nearby towns if you want to branch out.We also appreciated how well equipped the house was for beach days—there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels ready to go. Overall, if you like homes with charm and practical comforts, and you want an easy base near the beach and a walkable town, this place is a great choice.Would love to return someday! 5stars!
