The space
This charming three bedroom is centrally located to all that Colorado Springs has to offer. Relax in our bright and cozy home within minutes if downtown. There’s plenty of parking in front of the home, and you’ll ascend the stairs past the custom wooden, wagon-wheel bench and enter through the front door. Combining a classic layout with modern finishes, surfaces and appointments, you’ll be greeted by an open space with plenty of natural light, and inviting, comfortable furniture in the living room. Central to the room is a smart TV with lots of entertainment options. Just one room away is the well-appointed, fully-functional kitchen stocked with you morning coffee— and just ready for your culinary creations. There’s a swedish nest table here with seating for four, perfect for a full meal, a snack, or a chat with the chef while your favorite meal is prepared.

Also off the main living room are the home’s three bedrooms, including the stylish master, offering queen comfort and instant appeal. The two additional bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds also, along with hotel-quality linens. This home is professionally cleaned and managed, and worthy of your five-star review! For those who have to work during their stay, a fourth room offers two desks for convenience, along with a full laundry for guest use. All dogs must be on a leash in the backyard when both units are occupied or when arriving or leaving the property.
Charges for excessive pet hair removal from linens, bedding, or furniture charged by housekeeping will be passed on to guests.
No excessive barking or noise shall be allowed. If there are complaints, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
Pick up all waste from your pets immediately and dispose of it properly. If there is pet waste left after your stay, you will be charged for the cleanup.

Being so centrally located was a huge plus for me in choosing this house to call my home. I love being so close to downtown, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and other Colorado Springs greats within a close driving distance. It is quiet and walkable/bikeable and I have great neighbors.
