The property is located in a business park, but is quiet and centrally located. There was a line when we checked in, and staff was often missing from the front desk. Room was nice and clean, but carpet was showing wear and tear, and the bathtub drained very slowly.

The physical facility was immaculate. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchenette. Lounge area and desk were fantastic with all of the modern plugs and plug-ins you would expect for the modern digital age. Breakfast was great. One little quirk was that the TV was bolted down and couldn't be rotated to any great degree such that you could only view it while in bed and not from the kitchen or lounge area.My biggest issue was the very unfriendly nonchalant reception I received from the receptionist. She was wasn't very pleasant or nice or friendly as receptionists should and are paid to be. Acting all entitled and superior. She either needs some training or retraining and correction or moved to a different job other than receptionist.Otherwise, I would make a return visit in a heartbeat as long as I don't encounter this person.

It was too cold to use the pool. Our check in directions said we had daily room cleaning included. We did not. Every time we wanted clean towels, we had to walk the used ones to the front desk and trade for clean towels. We were told we could take our trash out ourselves, and the staff said the room is only cleaned every seven days. We showed them our check in paperwork and they said "oh, we haven't changed that yet", referring to the cleaning schedule. On the plus side, the morning breakfast was pretty nice. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Toss up if we stay there again for the annual event.
