Kick back & relax at our cozy, newly renovated waterfront cottage in Mystic Islands! Come by car or pull-up by boat to your own dock. *SUMMER bookings include two BEACH PASSES for Long Beach Township beaches*. Home has 2-bedrooms, 1-bath and is a one-level home (no stairs to climb)–easy load-in, out with driveway parking right next to front entrance. House is light and bright in soothing coastal tones with sunlight all day long. Very welcoming and cozy inside and out! House is fully renovated so everything is new and fresh including new kitchen appliances, dishes, glass/barware, utensils, cookware, furnishings, fixtures, smart lock, a washer/dryer, 3-TVs w/streaming services included, etc.
Enjoy a large, oversized outdoor space on the water with sand/ beach style yard w/lots of seating & amenities: wood burning fire pit, BBQ, multi-person canoe, kayak, floats, hammock, bikes, outdoor games, beach chairs, loungers, outdoor shower, etc. Can also catch plenty of fish and go crabbing at the property and also enjoy swimming, boating and floating! *Note, hot tub is seasonal and setup when temperatures are consistently 50F or above*.
If you have a boat or wave runners, the property provides direct access to Great Bay, Barnegat Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.
Near:
LBI, Beach Haven, Atlantic City, all shore communities 15-25 mins away. Local, Graveling Point Beach 5 minute drive. Tuckerton Seaport 5 mins away where you can catch the ferry to shore communities, other areas.
Small, local shops and restaurants w/in walking distance to home and 5-10 min drive to shopping plazas, restaurants, banks, gas stations, etc.

Cozy getaway

Honesty perfect! If you are looking for a relaxing bay front with all of the amenities to relax, fish or play, look no further! The fact that we brought our dogs on their first vacation had us concerned, but the host of this beautiful getaway made that comfortable as well. The yard is fenced but if you have jumpers like we do there are tie down leashes kept in the yard. Decor is adorable and the entire cottage was recently updated and spotless. We look forward to visiting again!

Adorable cottage

Such an adorable cottage. The entire cottage is so tastefully decorated in a beautiful beach theme. The beds are very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets if needed. The cottage had everything we needed in the kitchen too. We had coffee, snacks and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us! I personally loved all the night lights since I get up often at night. The owner is super friendly and is easy to contact if you have any questions. She is very quick to respond. The outside space is fabulous! We wish we would have come in warmer weather to enjoy everything offered. You can’t go wrong staying here! We plan to return soon.

Little Details

We enjoyed staying in this cute little house with a beautiful view. The house was clean and included so many little details that were appreciated, especially after traveling! Lots of surprises to enjoy the property and create a staycation. The host was very accommodating with our requests and questions, helping us to feel at ease by communicating before and during our trip. And our pups loved it too! Definitely recommend this cozy and peaceful home.

Family emergency

Cari was extremely helpful to us prior to and during our entire stay. We wound up extending our stay from the original dates. She was most understanding to our situation and offered help in any way possible if needed. We hope to stay here again under better circumstances in the future
