Welcome to Here Comes the Sun,

Overlooking the famous 12,000 square foot lagoon style swimming pool in Seacrest, here comes the sun, fully embraces everything you could dream for in a beach vacation home.

Upon entering Here Comes the Sun guests are greeted with an inviting interior and and a relaxing living room, well-appointed dining room and astounding kitchen are all included in this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Seacrest is casually upscale, making it easy to turn off your phone and forget about your emails as you explore all that this beach neighborhood has to offer.
First time visiting Seacrest? Here’s what you need to know:

The pools. Sure, you’re visiting the beach, but in Seacrest you have to add the pools to your itinerary. The Villas at Seacrest have two of the grandest pools to be found along Highway 30A.

Bikes are the best way to explore. With bike rentals located in the Seacrest town center, it’s easy to hop on a bike and explore. Be sure to find as many of the uniquely named streets as possible. Grab a picture in front of the giant Seacrest beach chair. Cruise down to check out the shops at the Peddler’s Pavilion.

Live music, shops and restaurants are waiting. La Cocina, an upscale casual cantina, the Sweet Peddler or Pizza By the Sea are just a few of the dining options in Seacrest. A stop at Seacrest Sundries is a must. Not only can you grab a quick bite to eat, but you can pack some snacks for a day out and about.

Seacrest is also home to Crabby Steve’s, a beachside restaurant that serves lunch, dinner, drinks and incredible views. This casual eatery is tucked just steps away from the sugar-white sand that South Walton is famous for.

When it’s time for the adults to kick back and relax, look no further than Beach and Brew on 30A, one of the newest businesses in Seacrest. This taproom showcases live music and plenty of ice-cold beverages and craft beers. You’ll find South Walton’s own Grayton Beer Company and Idyll Hounds Brewing Company on tap, as well as other regional favorites.

No matter how you choose to spend your time in Seacrest, there’s plenty of fun to be had. From biking to relaxing on the beach, creating memories with friends and family is a breeze.

Location, location, location!! This was perfect for us with our 3 children, walk out the back door to the pool, 5 minute walk to the beach or the trams are perfect if you have chairs, toys etc. Property was perfect and Jeff was super fast to respond to questions.

We had a great stay and the property was perfect for a family of 5 plus a dog. The property was clean and perfectly located for walking/shopping/ eating.

We were so please with this vacation rental - not only with the condition of the house, but also the location (easy walk to the Gulf of Mexico), the neighborhood, and the amenities like a private hot tub and the well apportioned coffee bar. A couple of minor issues like smoke detector batteries needing to be changed were handled in lighting fast order. You won't be disappointed here!

Our group of 9 had an absolute blast staying at this wonderful Seacrest Beach condo! The three-story layout was perfect for our large party, offering everyone a great balance of space and privacy. We especially loved the setup of the downstairs floor. It featured two bedrooms, including a bunk room that was perfect for the kids, while the parents stayed right next door. It felt like they had their own private zone, which worked beautifully for our families.We cooked all but one of our meals at the condo, and the kitchen was phenomenal. It was fully stocked with more than enough high-quality equipment, pots, pans, and utensils to feed our large group without any hassle. The beach gear provided was in excellent condition, offering plenty of umbrellas and chairs so all 9 of us could enjoy the shade comfortably. Additionally, the community pool was amazing—it was incredibly clean with tons of seating areas to relax.A special shoutout and extra thanks to our host, Jeff! He was absolutely perfect and incredibly responsive to all of our needs throughout our stay.We had an unforgettable vacation and would definitely choose to stay at this exact property again in the future! Highly recommended!

Great location and wonderful property manager

The property is in a wonderful community/resort just steps from the pool and a short walk away from the beach and wonderful restaurants. We had a minor tech issue that the property manager worked tirelessly to resolve quickly. Everything we needed to enjoy a holiday week in a resort town, at the beach, or at the pool was provided. This property and team made it easy!

The Seacrest Beach Community
Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, and spectacular breath-taking sunsets.

The familiar scent of suntan oil mixed with relaxing salt air travels on cool Gulf breezes here. Guests have been known to relax beside the Lagoon pool for hours in one of Seacrest’s cozy lounge chairs. Shaded by tall palms, it’s a popular spot for families to splash and play around a central fountain water feature. A snack bar offers cool beverages and refreshments for residents and guests.

Beach Service
The community is proud to have La Dolce Vita act as our ambassadors down at the beach. You can reserve beach chairs or setup a beach bonfire by visiting their on-line reservation portal or give them a call at 850.650.0289.

Lagoon/Amphitheater
Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon. This 378,000-gallon pool is one of the largest private pools in the state of Florida, and is open year-round from 9am – 9:45pm for Seacrest residents and guests. At present, our amazing lagoon pool is heated only by the sun.

Tram Service
From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.

Beach Access
Seacrest Beach enjoys a deeded beach access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.

Walking Trails
Over 1.35 miles of shaded walking trails winding through the community.

Settle into vacation mode on the Elegant East end of 30A! Only 3 Blocks to the West, luxurious Alys Beach Beckons. Barely 3 blocks to the East you'll find Rosemary Beach with it's romantic restaurants and shopping. 3 Bedroom with bonus hall bunks that could sleep 10 and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Perfectly positioned: this home is located 2 blocks from the private community beach access and overlooking the expansive lagoon pool and lush tropical green space.

Note: Construction is occurring near the property with an estimated completion February 2026.
