Great family getaway!

Safe gated community with a private pool. Close enough to do everything and relaxing when you're finished.

The house was so nice! Great location in a secured community. Walk to the beach was a long walk but an easy one. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Hilton Kingstowmne plantation.

I have been coming to this resort for the last 15 years Many things to do around here for the entire family.The resort is safe and people that come here for vacation are very nice and friendly.I think it would be nice to improve check in times and check out times.

Amazing time!

This was a truly fantastic experience for my family! The residence was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. We have never cooked with magnetic induction before but it was easy, fast, and cleaning the stove was a breeze. The homes location in proximity to the beach and to other attractions was also amazing! It was just shy of 10 mins to walk to the beach and a 15 min drive to shopping, attractions, and great restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to this place, and hopefully to this condo in particular, soon!

The AC was not working properly and the temperature never reached a sleep-able level. Also, after a 100 degree heat index that day, we all just wanted to shower and sleep, however, there were not enough towels for everyone. We notified the host and were informed extra towels would be provided the next day, so we had to share towels! Nauseated from heat, we left at 4am the next day; 8 hours after checking in and returned home. The unit was vacant 90% of the rental period, so to be more than fair, we asked the host to please refund just one-fourth of what we paid. The host refused .. saying the AC worked fine. it DID NOT.Greedy and uncaring host

Thank you for your review. Immediately upon getting the AC complaint from you at 830pm, we dispatched an HVAC tech who found the temperature to be 70 downstairs and 71 upstairs in the unit. We have a documented report from the tech of this from that evening, so we were unaware there was a continued issue.. We also were told that you could wait until the morning for towels which were delivered at 630am to your doorstep. However, upon delivery, we saw a note in the platform that you didn't need the towels any longer because you had vacated the unit at 430am. While we understand that you are dissatisfied, we did everything in our power to try and answer and ameliorate your complaints. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we are sorry that despite our efforts to respond to every issue you remained unsatisfied.

Affordable condo close to the beach

Photos are accurate and the place is no more than what you see. It’s a great value for the area. Things to note: Would be great to rent a golf cart to get to the beach, other hotels and the grocery store. You can only rent from the business onsite so make a reservation when you book the condo. You don’t have access to the local gym, courts or pool as a renter. There are plenty that you do have access to but having the golf cart makes it convenient.

Our family enjoyed the condo overall. Pros: we liked that the bedrooms downstairs were cool and semi-dark in the early morning hours. The kitchen is very cute! We loved having two bathrooms. Cons: The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected, especially in the heat. Road noise in bedrooms. I also wish there was more seating in the family room area, a couple of comfortable chairs would add to it nicely. One of the bedroom doorknobs kept falling off. Carpet in the entryway and on the stairs was stained pretty bad.
