Friendly quiet neighborhood with Whole Foods supermarket and pharmacies nearby. Backyard fun with cornhole, grill, well lit relaxation area. Beach umbrella, beach towels and chairs available for your enjoyment. Property is fully furnished and is prepared for you to enjoy on your vacation. 5 Nights at the Cozy Corner Cottage

Overall very happy with the Cozy Corner Cottage in Delray Beach, Fla. We would definitely stay there again! It was so nice to have the kitchen available to cook instead of going out to eat all the time, and the convenience of having the washer/dryer there meant we could travel lighter and not have extra luggage to deal with. The backyard was very nice and private – if the weather had been better we would have been out there a lot more. Any time we had questions the host was very quick to respond. We were definitely pleased!

No matter how great the property is inside, or how big the yard is outside, location does matter. The neighbors next door seem to be the go to party house for the neighborhood, people drive up and park all over, others walk over from other houses. It was very noisy, loud music, people walking all around. We stayed for the weekend and they had get togethers constantly. We had to leave a day early because we saw that the night was going to be difficult. There were several police cars already in the area parked and watching, stopping passerby who were loitering on the street. The area feels sincerely unsafe. I am not sure if it is calmer on a weekday, but be warned if you decide to come on the weekend.

The area of this property is not for those who want a nice quiet stay. The music at night from area homes was very loud and “base thumping”. There are roosters in a yard near by that can be heard in the morning. We did not use the back yard or fire pit at all. The house/property was comfortable and provided our basic needs. The washer/dryer combo was not good. We woke up to water all over the kitchen and the towels ( that were used clean up water from the shower that also leaked) did not seem clean nor dry. Do not recommending walking around after dark. Take Uber to downtown Delray. And be careful with pulling in and out of driveway. The bushes around the property are great for privacy but make it very hard to see cars or people when leaving the driveway.
